This is my second time I’ve gotten my eyebrows laminated here and I will not see anyone else! The customer service is amazing and the way my eyebrows come out are exactly how I asked for them. My only complaint would have to be the chairs they’re a bit uncomfortable but other than that 10/10 experience I would recommend to anyone!!

I haven’t had my brows done professionally since high school. With a new job starting on Monday, I wanted to have them done because they were honestly a disaster. My brows are very thick but Savaya did an EXCELLENT job of shaping, styling and waxing my eyebrows. I left there feeling beautiful. She was also extremely personable and gave me a confidence boost as well! I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

OKAY HEAR ME OUT, it was my first time doing my brows at this place and when I tell you that Savaya is the BEST you HAVE TO TRUST ME. She knows what she’s doing, I’ve never seen my eyebrows look SO FREAKING GOOD before!!!! Take it from someone whose eyebrows are always tricky/difficult when it comes to wax/shape them She changed my face in a positive way, I feel cute I feel good thank you so so so much!!! Very professional and amazing person and energy she even hugged me at the end of the session, I am recommending her to everyone I know and I am definitely going back to her!!

I’ve been coming to this ULTA for years, it’s no surprise I always come here. Made so many friends here and I’m always getting treated the best every time I come. Everyone is the friendliest and super helpful and personable. I always see Shelby or Nicky, but today I got my brows done by Morgan, and she is fantastic! She is very precise and will be very in depth through the whole process. She is super comforting and knowledgeable and has a great vision. My brows look amazing and can’t wait to see her next time! i am a regular at the benefit brow bar. i was excited to hear they finally got someone to fulfill this position in waterbury after having no workers for a few months. I went to the appointment explaining to morgan i love a full brow and just needed a maintenance cleaning as i have had previous benefit brow experts give me an amazing shape. Morgan completely disregarded and changed my entire shape. my eyebrows were the thinnest shortest eyebrows i have ever seen.if you do not want eyebrows that look exactly like hers then do not go to her. i was INSANELY upset. if you want your eyebrows professionally done i highly advise driving to the benefit brow bar in southberry or hamden where the workers respect your request and leave you with a beautiful brow.
