I had assumed to speak about the technician that took care of my new puppy, but every aspect of the visit was a delight, from the receptionist, to the techs, and the veterinarian. My pup is shy and timid around strangers and they never rushed him. They took the time to form trust from him and he took it all in stride. After many procedures and tests (which they explained and got permission from me for), I thought the bill would break me. It was the most inexpensive vet bill for completely bringing my pup current with everything he needed. Dr. Sue and your entire staff, you have my Charlie as a patient for life. I trust you completely and I know he'll be happy and healthy all his life! Y'all are a blessing to this senior citizen who lives on a budget.❤️

I think you people are just money hungry I took my dog there you gave him medicine now he's shaking like crazy I bring them back and you're telling me that I have to pay money that I don't have because I spent so much money the day before I will never ever go back to your business again I would not recommend you to anybody and it's not the Benton Animal Hospital Marion it's the Vinton Animal Hospital

I’ve been going to this animal hospital since 2001 and I wouldn’t use another clinic. If you have an emergency when their closed, they open right away and take ur pet. Their great wit ur animals they treat their customers like family. Their prices are great never long wait their just awesome. THE BEST ANIMAL CLINIC IN BOSSIER PARISH.
Updated 1-3-19. My little puppy passed and they are so sweet they took care of everything for us and then the whole staff sent this card to me because they knew I was grieving. I thought this was so kind and thoughtful. But if u wnt an awesome animal hospital. Then this is the definitely the vet to go too.

I wouldn't use any other Vet...I drive from S/E Shreveport to take my dog to them. Friendly and courteous from the minute you walk in -as well as knowledgeable, and they take the time to make sure you are happy with your visit. I just love them. If you are looking for a great Vet - I highly recommend them.

Everyone at this vet is very kind and loves animals. They saved my poodle’s life when her heart started to fail and provided her appropriate treatment and medication, so she will continue to be with us for years to come.
