Amazing care for my four legged child! Set up an indoor/outdoor kennel for a long weekend yet my wild child decided to open his gates on his own. The techs did awesome in communicating his change in room, explained the safety issues of him possibly getting out, and compromised with extra outside time and loves. Will definitely board him there again.

Made a last minute appointment here for my sick elderly dog. Staff was very patient and considerate telling us the not-so-great news, and when they helped us put him to sleep. Very grateful for the kindness the staff showed me and my family in the process of sending off our little guy.

I don't think you really want my feedback after you guys allowed my dog to die. That's right. You people allowed my dog to die under your care. You failed my little guy and you definitely failed me and my wife. We can never get our little Skooter back. What bothers me the most is he didn't understand. I will recover and move on. But he didn't have a voice. I was his voice and to that I failed him by allowing and trusting in you to look after him. He didn't deserve that. I hope you understand that under no circumstances would I or shall I ever recommend Best friend. You people were my vet and boarding for years. You will always get a negative review as far as I am concerned. You still owe me a $18.00 refund. I want my money.

Thank you so much for fitting in our dog, Jade, with an injured paw when our vet couldn’t because they were too busy. Your kindness and empathy towards our beloved big girl went a long way. I think we found our new vet home for our dogs. You all were amazing. She’s now cozied up in her favorite spot. Again, thank you for making her feel better.

We have been using Best Friend Vet for almost 20 years and they have always provided superior care for our dogs and cats. Our four legged family has presented them with some serious health issues in the past and BFV has always come through for us. Keep up the good work!

We had used a mobile vet for years, she became family, unfortunately health caused her to retire earlier than expected.
I was very hesitant about finding a new vet, we have only one dog now so taking him was now was a new adventure…
I read reviews, asked around and my daughter had used Best Friend in the past.
We like it a lot, it has a large waiting area, very open, lodge feeling to it. The vet & techs talk to your fur baby like you do. Our last tech has a Husky so she knows the crazy breed 🙂 she even showed me a pic, beautiful boy, too!
We signed in went back quickly and was out the door fast . It’s great because my pup knows where he is and wants to leave as fast as we came lol.
Parking is spacious and lots of grassy, tree spots for your pup to sniff and take care of business.
Cost seems average to affordable, but the care is my priority! They don’t test unnecessarily or try to sell you stuff that’s not needed, love that!
To be a vet, you should Love animals, treat them like family and they do!
I highly recommend them!
