Just moved to the area and wanted to find an AAHA accredited hospital for my ferret Baby, so glad I found this place!! The client service representatives were so kind and they answered my many many question happily and were kind every time I called (I’m a paranoid pet owner-I called a lot LOL) The technicians were kind and knowledgeable, they were super gentle with my girl and that’s really important to me. I saw Dr Brown who was an absolute delight. She explained everything very well and helped me feel comfortable with the procedure my pet needed. I love this place and will absolutely be returning for all my pets needs.

I have a very fear reactive dog who needs to be fully sedated for vet visits. She went to the same vet her whole life until we moved to Illinois a few years ago and I’ve struggled to find a vet I am comfortable with handling her since the move. A client of mine has a couple fear reactive dogs and she recommended Bethany. Unfortunately, our first visit there ended up being for an injury that led to surgery but they have been amazing throughout. The entire staff from front desk to techs to doctors (Dr. Brown did our consult & Dr. Dominguez the surgery) have been so understanding of her needs, have been incredible in communicating with me about her needs, her triggers, and what’s worked best for her in the past. As a reactive dog mom you get a lot of judgement and not a single person has made me or her feel judged. It’s a 45min drive to Bethany from our house but it is well worth the journey. Huge thank you from me and Lux! While we hope to not see you guys until her next annual it is so incredibly nice to know I don’t have to be stressed about where to bring her when the time comes.

I'm very disappointed! I'll try communications with this organization once more in the hopes that I may be able to post a more positive review. Here is my story in brief. I contacted Bethany to set up an initial visit so that I my pet and I can have a reliable Animal Hospital to go to for medical attention and care. So, I set up the appointment for the initial visit, which costs a little under $80.00. I called to let them know I'm running a few minutes behind schedule, literally 10 minutes they tell me sorry sir wel going to need to reschedule you. So I say okay and reschedule for the only openings they have a week from the day. So the day comes for the appointment we walk in, we're about 5 after waiting in line for the person at the desk to finish his communication with the person he was dealing with we give our name and he looks up our appointment and exclaimed sorry sir your appointment was 10 minutes ago I'm going to have to check with the doctor he goes and comes back I'm sorry we're gonna have to reschedule you. At this point, I'm Livid. Especially since an initial visit isn't much more than checking the weight, ears, eyes, and coat and teeth about 5 to 10 minutes tops, then you can begin being services at location. So, as I said, I'm very disappointed and hope they can strive to provide better service for us proud pet owners going forward!!

Everyone is so friendly here that it feels like you're with family as soon as you walk in the door! Your pet is called by name and given all the care and attention you could ask for. Examinations, services, recommendations, and discussions are professional and understandable. The staff welcome your input and feedback, and you leave feeling comfortable about your pet's condition and care. We have always taken our pets here; cat, rats, and guinea pigs!

Bethany animal hospital is one of the best vets offices i have been to. The staff were friendly, very helpful and got me and my pet in asap. My kitten loved the people he interacted with.
