We have been taking our dogs to them since 1991 (33 years) 10 pups over that time, 3 today! Without question…the Very BEST Vet Practice and BEST Vet’s (Dr Winters & Dr Suehiro) in So Cal, Period. Great people, great service, we cannot recommend them enough!

We have been going to BHSAH for close to 20 years and the care our dogs have received has been second to none. Would never even think of going anywhere else. Dr. Winters and his team have seen our dogs from puppies to seniority.

So unfortunately all the vets are difficult and expensive. In recent years, it seems like all the decent ones have gone away and prices have skyrocketed. This is one of the last bastions of decent service oriented vets I have found. The people that work there are nice and professional. The vets really do care about the pets and have been very successful at treating different ailments we've had in our dogs over the years. Doesn't mean every experience is going to be perfect, but I believe they really try and we've had great experiences.

We've been with Dr. Winters with our 2 dogs for over 10 years. Hands-down the best vet in LA County! We've recently adopted two more seniors. I really don't care about the other two vets at the hospital (not their expertise nor their pricing), but Dr. Winters is a true gem. Make an appointment to see him!
