We took our dog here for more than 12 years. As he got older, he became harder to work with, and staff did not respect his change in behavior or practice patience. We had to take him to a different branch, and suddenly, with a bit of time and effort, he could be checked out without issue. On his first visit to the new branch, funny! After we had him put down, the service sent his ashes to his main clinic (Binford). When we came to pick them up, front desk staff was careless and offered no condolences, just grabbed everything from a cabinet and we were sent away. You take your dog there for more than a decade, they get fed up with his demeanor in late years, show zero sympathy when he passes… It leaves a terrible taste in the mouth. Will never take my animals here again. They make way too much money to not even bother pretending to care.

This is the most kind, patient, and informative vet office I have been to. They were so sweet and answered all of my questions, and gave me several options on my dogs care for affordability. I was able to get a same day appointment (literally within 2 hours of calling the office). The office and exam rooms were so clean. Thank you so much!!!

Staff were nice and they got me in quickly (although there was an extra charge for weekend care). Felt the team was a little pushy on treatment and diagnostic options for a fairly standard, mild UTI…but other than that my dog received good care. Receptionist was kind of weird about me asking for a container to drop off/bring a urine sample in. His normal vet has no issues providing a pre-paid container so I’m not having to find a random object at home or buy stuff to collect it with (which was what I was told to do). Overall it was a fine experience and my dog got the care he needed.

First off when it was time to put down my 15 1/2 year-old labrador retriever and I called to make an appointment after being with them for two years at first, they tried to turn me away because I didn’t pay their wellness plan even though I had tried to cancel it two days before Gracie’s death. If that wasn’t bad enough after putting Gracie down they sent me a sympathy card for a Maggie. My dog was named Gracie.. All I got from them was an apology. That’s not good enough.
If they were so concerned or sympathetic for their “ mistake” their employee wouldn’t have told me in snide way for me to enjoy my the rest of my day after returning Maggie’s card and picking up Gracie’s remains! It was disrespectful and shocking to say the least! Good riddance Binford Pet Wellness! You never even helped my dogs by the way!

I honestly forgot to share previously, but this clinic saved my dogs life and I will forever be grateful. I typically go to the Geist location but as it was an emergency, Geist sent me to Broad Ripple and here to ensure that my boy was taken care of quickly. Long story short, my dog got into trash and caused a huge blockage of his intestines. Within an hour of dropping him off, he was getting emergency surgery. They gave me everything I needed to make sure he could recover safely at home and never got annoyed at my constant questions.

Everyone at the Pet Wellness Clinics are incredibly kind, understanding, caring, and they take urgent matters seriously. I cannot recommend them enough!

I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Tomasic! She provides incredible care for our dogs, and I completely trust her judgment. I appreciate how thoughtful and thorough she is when considering treatment options. My puppy hurt her back leg on Saturday. I was able to set an appointment that day. She was diagnosed and treated by a wonderful, caring doctor and staff. She's on the mend now and I am thankful for all they did!
