Stay away. Rude doctor that doesn’t care about your pet. No customer service at this place. They want to do extreme procedures and operations to make the most money. Shameless! Wants to do emergency procedures and go straight to worst case scenarios to ride the gravy train. This doctor is the WORST and most HEARTLESS i have ever met. Keep your dog away from these emotionless butchers. Front desk not friendly either.

Dr. Bath is the Animal Whisperer. He seems to know what's wrong with my babies before even the results come in. My babies love him. When he enters the room they are calm and he can get them to do what he needs them to do for exams. He's so good with them. The staff are friendly and very qualified.

I've been bringing my dogs here for years now and today when I came to bring my dog in for dental care, I was charged a 2nd examination fee of $64.25. I had already brought my dog in to be examined a week and a half prior to this appointment and paid the $64.25. I'm very fortunate to have caught that sneaky charge but who knows how many times before I have been charged twice and didn't catch it.. If you call and want to schedule in an appointment to get your pet seen, you'll pay the examination fee and whatever else needs to be done to your pet. If an additional appointment is needed for a procedure, then you should not be charged a 2nd examination fee because he/she was already examined on the 1st appointment. Always thoroughly check your receipts. Besides that, now they charge a separate charge just to sedate your pet which they never charged for it before. It used to come with the procedures. Expect to pay $180 to have your pet sedated on top of whatever else needs to be done. All prices went up on each thing that is done to your pet or purchased for your pet. Compare receipts from previous yearly visits. I also took my dog in to have a bump checked and they charged me $580 for the visit and to take a sample of the bump to have it tested. I had specifically asked them to check to see if it was a benign cyst or cancerous tumor so that's what I had believed I was paying the fee for of $580. When the results came back they told me that they came back inconclusive which means I just wasted my money for nothing and that if I wanted to find out if it was cancerous that they would have to surgically remove it and once it's removed send it in to be tested to see if it's cancer which would be pointless if the mass is already removed. So basically they we're trying to charge me for the same thing twice. Watch out for these crooks and their trickery. I'm currently looking for a different veterinarian as I will not continue doing business with sneaky people.

Bloom plaza animal hospital is by far the best in the area! Every time I bring my dogs in we are met with the most friendly, accommodating, professionals. My dogs can be a handful but Dr. Bath and his staff have bonded with them, gained their trust, and always look forward to their visits. It’s so refreshing to have such a great, friendly, supportive vet just around the corner. As long as I live in the area I won’t take my dogs anywhere else! We love bloom plaza animal hospital, their vets, vet techs and everyone in between. We’ve been through many vets with these dogs and past dogs and I bloom plaza is easily number 1. We recommended them to all our friends and family because we trust them THAT much!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE.

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. Pretty sure they don't give two thoughts to if your pet lives or dies. Honestly, what do they care about?

Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel or my experience. I've been coming here for nearly 20 years, and I'm done forever. SHAME ON YOU! It was NEVER like this before.

Heather, my 100 lbs 4 year old white lab has an ear infection... she's a lab. It's very obvious. Labs are prone to them. I tried home things, but no. So, I called.. called.. no one answered. I give up. I'm just going to come in. Get her some meds. Go home. Get her better.

NOPE. They tell me... we can fit her in on Monday. Today is Friday. You want my dog to suffer for three days? WHY ARE YOU A VET So, my other option is find another vet or go spend $2k at the emergency vet and the REST of my life waiting.

Oh ya - not to mention you misdiagnosed my Golden with pancreatitis and it was a congenital hernia that nearly killed her and cost me +$15K to save her. I should have never come back after that but I thought.. its just vaccines, normal stuff. NOPE.

Never again. I'm done. I will never EVER come back. You shouldn't either.

Dr. Bath was attentive, treated my daughter’s cat with care and provided a medical program for him to heal. The pricing appeared reasonable in comparison to other veterinary hospitals in Santa Clara County. The support staff were equally kind and attentive.

We have been taking our dog to the Bloom Plaza Animal Hospital for 17 years now. The staffs and the doctors are very professional, caring, and friendly. We feel like our dog is the only patient they have! They always accommodate us, at our convenience, which is very nice.
