Blue Cross Animal Hospital is the WORST.. I should have went with my first instinct from taking my dog to this facility a month prior and took the 45 minute drive to Wilwynn Vet Hospital. This place was convenient due to it being 5 minutes from my residence, but I will never utilize their services again.. bad for business!! I spoke to a staff 2 days prior to my dogs appointment to receive a bath and was quoted a price of 45.00 to 55.00. I scheduled my dogs appointment believing this was what I would pay. The morning of her appointment my son dropped the dog off there. My son was given a paper to sign that stated the bill was 138.00 unbeknownst to me. Evidently they stated that my dog needed vaccines in order to receive a bath, but nobody informed me of this. I had taken my dog to this facility a month prior where she received a nail trim and rabies shot. Again, asked about services regarding bathing and actually at that time scheduled an appointment to get her bathed and was never informed that she required additional shots to receive bathing services! In the future, I will take the 45 minute trip to a honest, reliable, and affordable vet (Wilwynn Vet Hospital) and anybody that is inquiring about this place beware, "They not right!!!"

DONT TAKE YOUR FURRY BABY HERE.This place is a joke all they do is take your money and dont do their job with love or at all when they say they did something to your furry baby they Did not. No love for furry babys. My cat pass away after taking her here and they say she was fine charge me alot of money. I went back giving them the second chance and worst thing i did please go with your first instinct .my furr baby had an open wound and a infection and allergies all over her body. The doctor didnt check her at all and did not came out to explain what was wrong with her the front desk girl came out and say no medicine would cure her allergies and that she had no infection.And that she was fine .Keep in my when she clearly had a open wound from so much scratching. They did not clean it or gave her anything for it even know it was obvious that it was infected.I took her somewhere else the same date and they found a body infection and gave her medication and yes the allergies went away immediately and her infection is being treatedas well. I could see the medicine working withing the next day.

had multiple experiences with them trying to put down my pets for no good reason but they’ll try to convince you they need to be put down. Almost everyone I know that’s been here has had the same experience. DO NOT GO HERE.

So expensive tried charging more then $1000 for a prosijure that another vet did for $500 they tried to not even tell me the price
