My experience at Blue Cross Vet Hospital has been excellent! The staff did a great job with communication and getting a full history of my cat's health. The doctor was friendly and took his time with me and talked me through all the details. I wish that I could be present for the exam, but ultimately that wasn't a dealbreaker because my cat came back fully relaxed and he was even calm enough during the exam for the doctor to hear his heart at a resting state! He's often too anxious for that during vet visits. For me, the location is a huge plus, especially since my cat hates car rides. The exam price is on the higher end ($84), but matches the quality of service and the extent of testing, treatments, and services available as a full service hospital. They also offer first time patients a discount (-$21) right now. I don't know about the costs of their other services, but their full blood panel ($180) and urinalysis (70), as well as cardiac ultrasound with a traveling cardiologist ($765) are reasonable compared to other hospitals in the area. Most importantly, I trust them with my cat Charlie, who is precious to me. I've been to a lot of hospitals and would only say the same for about half of them. I trust the quality of care he will receive here and the knowledge and compassion of the doctors, techs, and assistants.

On August 12th 2024 my wife and I took are husky girl Zoey to this office to get a arthritis shot. When we took her than she got into are van on her own. And walked into the office by herself. When it was time to pick her up. She could barley walk.
We brought her home. She got worse and couldn't move. Going to the bathroom on herself and always winning in pain. This sat August 17th 2024 we took her to a different vet. They did x-rays. Her back foot was shattered in 3 places. And could not be repaired. And because of her weight and age she was unable to walk on 3 legs.
Unfortunately we had to put are baby girl down. And it was due to this office and vet blue cross. The broke her leg 100% and killed are dog. Please do not bring your animal to this office.

Appointments are readily available, dogs are seen at their appointment time, veterinarians take their times when talking to you about the plans for your pets and execution of work is quick and seamless. Overall A+!
