Called to make an appointment and the lady was so disgustingly rude that I was appalled. Don’t go here, they will treat you like you are a problem to them and yell at you for asking a question. Just because you hate your life and your job doesn’t mean that you need to take it out on other people. AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS. Just go to the Beaufort location, they are a lot nicer.

We had an experience that surpassed any other physician appointment. Tina the nurse was beyond helpful and kind. The front desk employee was so friendly. We were amazed. Thank you to all of the health dept employees!!

Can't even call without being yelled over. I wish I knew who it was, but she was very rude the entire time. I called to ask about a vaccine and/or to make an appointment and the woman on the phone yelled over me the entire time. She was so focused on yelling over me that she didn't bother to listen to me after asking a question. This resulted in her asking the same question over and over. She even tried to scold me about how I should have known to get this vaccine when this information was new to me. I understand why the ratings are low now.

Ridiculous! I have the implant birth control I am having horrible side effects so I scuduled an appointment to get it taken out. They called me the day before at 6:00 to tell me the nurse would not be in the following day (which was my appointment) I told the women this was a a inconvenience to me because I had to go out of my way to come to this appointment and find someone to work for me. If anything they should have called at the beginning of the week. The women on the phone told me "you don't have to be here you can go see a Obgyn" I felt disrespected. They are disrespectful and last minute with every thing.

I’ve been coming here for over 3 years, the staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean! The nurses are very informative. There’s nowhere else I would rather go for birth control and feminine care.

They do nothing and are so backed up and understaffed (from prior to pandemic) they're helpless... don't believe me work at a restaurant and watch them come through or just shop at the Kroger on 125 towne Dr and just look or ask an employee if they think the food is fresh they "accidentally" slice open bags when stocking they change dates on meats the departments (like meat) smells bad. How's it feel that the department of health is a joke?

Never have I been to a health facility and was judged by a health care provider in a nasty tone and with disgust. I’ve been to many clinics throughout my years and this one so far is definitely NOT the best. I’ll stick to what I know.
