Bond Vet is exceptional, from the minute you walk in, to the end of your visit!! Everyone is welcoming caring and attentive to your questions and concerns. Tatanya is truly a sweetheart and how could we not mention Jilly who is the sweetest jack Russell terrier I've meet thus far. They have locations throughout the city and the energy is the same we walked into another location (Cobble Hill) and without question they took care of us instantly, put us in an examine room, gave us a weewee pad and let my pup who's was 10 weeks old handle her business without questioning whether we were patients or not, just goes to show how much they truly care.

We arrived to Bond Vet Chelsea with my cat of 15 years who passed away at home. The receptionist Rose, was so helpful guiding us through this tough time. She made us feel comfortable and made sure we knew we have all the time we needed to say goodbye and checked up on me and my partner in the case we needed anything or had questions. I will be returning for sure to this location. The best client and patient care. Such a kind team i have encountered at Chelsea.

Can’t say better things about Bond Vet Chelsea! They are always so great with our cat and are so genuinely invested in his care and answer all of my questions in detail. All of his routine visits, vaccinations, nail clippings, etc. have been seamless. We also recently brought our cat in because he was suddenly seemingly sick, and while they couldn’t accommodate us at Chelsea, they did book us an appointment at their East Village location within 20 minutes (who was also great). Highly recommend this vet!

Our vet suddenly went out of business and our girl needed her DAP booster. I googled a vet that was not only opened on a Sunday but could see us on the same day. We found Bond Vet in Chelsea. We got an appointment on the same day and they were great. The knocked of $100 from the visit because it was our first time. The location is spotless and very modern. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. The veterinarian took her time and thoroughly examined Jade. We will continue to bring both our girls to Bond Vet in Chelsea.

I am giving them a 3 because the experience when you go is good - nice staff and easy to book. Based on care my dog received I’d give it much lower. My dog has bad seasonal allergies traditionally and when we went to get his routine shot (over $200 by the way.. but that’s another issue) I mentioned that he seems to have an infection and this isn’t the typical reaction he has from allergies alone. They talked me through the options and we agreed on a path forward including following up (no cost) to get an antibiotic to heal the infection if we the doctor prescribed initially didn’t work. Three weeks later, he’s in pretty much the same state with bad scabs and lesions. I take him back, explain the situation (I’m happy to pay for the next allergy shot) and mention to the doctor what happened last time and that he needs an antibiotic (based on the recommendation from the last doctor) she disagrees says he is fine and this can happen and sends me home. I push on her and she felt strongly so I left it since she is the doctor. I’m $550 in at this point for a pretty routine infection.. I email them and let them know he is now way worse and they are asking I come in for a NEW appointment to get checked out and meds which will run me around another $300… this is ridiculous. I will be taking my dog somewhere else. I know dog care in NYC is expensive but this is just taking peoples money at this point

This was my first vet experience in NYC and it was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was understanding and accommodating. They were very thorough and helpful. It was my dog Sinatra’s first time and he was a bit aggressive and growling and they successfully took his weight and explained all of the medicine he needed very thoroughly. I would rate their bedside manner as 10/10. They also explained to me the prices of all medication before requesting payment which I appreciate it. They also gave me a free cone for his head and were so gentle with him. The transparency allowed me to make the best decision for Sinatra. I would recommend this specific Chelsea location to anyone. I’m so grateful I had this level of care.

Amazing service and friendly staff. I was able to book a same-day appointment. I appreciated the vet’s patience with my questions and all the support staff were pleasant to work with, though the person who gave me the medication seemed to rush me a bit. The most impressive part about the experience was how they sent me a follow-up email the day after the visit to check on the status of my pet. All in all, I highly recommend this location of Bond Vet.
