Our dog is a patient of the Upper West Side Bond Vet location, which we love, but Sidney needed spayed, and those procedures are done down at this location. We were a little nervous dropping her off, but all went very well. The staff down here is just as great as the staff uptown. We couldn't recommend Bond Vet highly enough. They really care about your pet.

In my experience with Bond Vet, everyone who works there, from the receptionist to the nurses to the vet, knows their stuff. And they are all extremely pleasant. (Not the case at other vets I checked out.) My dog Bebe has received superb care there. She was spayed yesterday and they did an A+ job. The vet and later a nurse took all the time I needed explaining every detail of follow-up instructions. (I’m a first time dog owner and had a zillion questions.) I highly recommend Bond Vet @ 2 Gold!

This was Momo’s first time at Bond Vet and we took her to the Financial District branch. Dr. Kirsten Wong and nurse Diana were extremely gentle with Momo, very attentive to the concerns we had and helped us address those concerns. We even got the free heartworm test as part of Wellness Wednesday!! Amanda helped us out with the checkout and all of the staff ensured that we knew the price of the product/services that we were paying for before we swiped the card. The branch itself is impeccably clean, very well done, has single-ingredient treats for both cats and dogs. The staff is super friendly and we are extremely relieved and happy to have a vet like them in our neighborhood. 🙂

Even though I work here, unfortunately I have been studying my dog for a week and a half. Something did not seem right with my baby Riley(13YO), I confided in my medical director of symptoms that maybe worrisome. So we planned to work him up.. during this work up, I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Deacetis very compassionate, loving, and sincere did I mention KNOWLEDGEABLE doctor. She listened to my concerns, showed empathy and guided me in which steps would be best for Riley. Not only does she have a doctor perspective but she also puts herself in our shoes.. I’m usually her vet assistant so I have the pleasure of assisting her on cases, I never imagined myself on the opposite side. But watching her with patients I was very confident with her leading this case! Riley and I are VERY VERY appreciative of your recommendations, and we will work on keeping him comfortable/what’s best for him! Thank you so much Dr. DeAcetis!!! if your pet seems off I highly recommend booking an appointment with her! Your pet will be in great care and there will always be an adequate plan to help your furr baby! 🫶🏽 thanks JD we love you.

I have been bringing my dog, Gravity to the east village location since moving to the city and recently brought her to the fidi location for a dental / mass removal surgery. I cannot praise the team at Bond vet enough! They addressed all of my concerns, sent me pictures and updates and the doctor even gave me a call in surgery to share updates + let me know how gravity was doing. I was very nervous for her to go under and I cannot express how much I appreciate the team enough for all the steps they took to care for her. Plus she even got a certificate of bravery after she got out of surgery! 💘

I was visiting friends and my pup got sick (both ends) and sluggish and I dreaded emergency vet bills but I was able to get a same-day appointment for 6pm on a Saturday (!) and they took care of Maggie’s stomach issues with fluids, anti-nausea medication, and good advice.
She was better by the time I got her to my apartment! They were thorough and gentle with her, explained all the meds, and had lovely tea in the lobby to top of off. Totally get why 3 of my local friends with dogs recommended this place.

Everytime I bring my dog to get checked in it always feels like a friendly environment and the space is very pet friendly. The doctors there are very patient and gives you all the time you need, and also very transparent with you about the service they will be providing and pricing. My dog and I feel seen when we are at BondVet. Thank you for your service
