I’m a new dog mom and after a few unpleasant experiences at a previous vet, I decided to try Bond Vet. Me and my pup had the best experience with Dr. O and Alisa. They were welcoming and attentive. They listened to all my concerns and made me feel so well cared for. Both of them were on the floor with my pup the entire time. Dr. O took the time to walk me through different options and even went line by line through my bill.

They truly went above and beyond. I feel such relief to have found a great vet that has both me and my pup’s best interests at heart. Oh, and the space is IMMACULATE!

Always have a good experience here at Bond Vet Hell’s Kitchen with fur baby. Friendly and professional from the front desk, to the vet technician, nurses and doctors. They explain the procedure to be done well. They thoroughly explain well what would be the expenses. The clinic is clean and free treats for your baby. They cater many services. Rest assured your fur baby will be taken cared of. Highly highly recommend!

We had a great experience at Bond Vet! Have been to multiple locations and always receive great care. Love that it’s so easy to grab a last minute or even day of appointment! Dr. Park was so attentive and knowledgeable, and took the time to chat about all my questions. Felt like pricing is fair. Will come back again.

We love Bond Vet! We had our first appointment at Bond Vet today and I was blown away. The office is gorgeous and clean, they even offer free treats in the waiting room! Dr. Smith was fantastic - so polite and took his time to carefully explain everything. I can’t wait to take our pup back to Bond Vet!

Our pup Bella is always so happy during and after appointments at this Bond vet location. They have treated her from when she was just 8 weeks old and she is extremely healthy and happy!! The doctors truly care about their jobs and are passionate about all animals - they truly treat every animal like their own. Plus, they have free food and toys!!

I have been a customer of BondVet since my kitten was just 2 months old, and I typically rely on them for my pet's annual health check-ups. However, I have recently observed significant inconsistencies in their service, and I am quite disappointed with how my cat was treated during our last visit.

When I arrived for a scheduled appointment about a week ago, I sensed that something was wrong with my cat. The staff seemed rushed to conclude the day, and I was told that my cat appeared fine with no signs of distress. Concerned about her excessive thirst and lethargy, I returned the next day. That’s when they finally discovered she was dehydrated. We conducted blood and urine tests, and an X-ray was performed to investigate further. She was given an antibiotic injection expected to last 14 days.

However, just four days later, she was excessively thirsty again. I tried reaching out to the vet for clarification, but all I received was empty reassurances that someone would call me back, which never happened. After spending nearly $2,000, I still found no updates in her medical file. This situation is utterly unacceptable and feels disrespectful to me as a customer.

Furthermore, during my visit to the clinic, I asked to see my cat, and when she was brought to me, the strong smell of ether was overwhelming, making it difficult for me to breathe. This experience was not only distressing but also left me very upset.

Given all these issues, I looking to change veterinarians, and I will not be returning to BondVet. I am considering filing a complaint regarding their practices. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others.

Bella (my 10 yo ShihPoo) and I recently moved to NYC and BondVet has played an integral part in keeping her safe and healthy. We've been able to schedule same day appointments for emergencies with no issues. She has great rapport with the staff and is well cared for. I would definitely recommend having your pet establish care here.

Dr. Ordonez and the staff at this clinic are exceptional, super kind, and unbelievably caring! My dog has been intermittently limping for weeks and Dr. O has taken him for several last minute visits and scheduled him for surgery with less than a 15 hour notice. During his visits, there wasn’t a single stone left unturned in determining the cause of his pain. Dr. O answered every single one of my questions, gave really thorough care instructions, and followed up after the procedure. She also gave me her email to be in contact with updates regarding the recovery process without having to come to the clinic. Additionally, the cost of everything was really transparent and low compared to other clinics. I’m blown away by the kindness, attention to detail, and support from Dr. O and the care everyone takes of the animals. Highly recommended!!
