I had a great experience at Bond Vet in Montclair. After a terrible experience at Vetco, where I was turned away despite making an appointment over a month ago. I was feeling really stressed. I needed a rabies vaccine for my cat, Fluffy, and was desperate to find a clinic open on Sunday.

I called Bond Vet, and Richard answered the phone. He was so kind and accommodating. He told me I could bring Fluffy in as a walk-in, no problem. The whole team was friendly, professional, and took great care of my cat. The vet was amazing and made everything so easy.

I’m so grateful for their help and will definitely be bringing both of my cats here from now on!

The veterinarian was kind and seemed to genuinely care about my dog, which I appreciated. However, despite spending over $1,000 on the initial visit, we left without a clear diagnosis or resolution for her ongoing skin issues. It’s been frustrating not seeing progress, and unfortunately, we’re now having to seek care elsewhere. To be very transparent, I only brought dogs there one time last year.

Additionally, I found the front desk staff could be more welcoming and empathetic. As a client, it’s important to feel valued—especially when entrusting a clinic with the care of a beloved pet.

While I’m grateful for the vet’s effort, I didn’t feel this was the right long-term home for our pet’s care. I hope the clinic continues to improve in communication and client experience.

Amazing experience! My dog had irritation in his eye and they were the only vet we could find open on a Sunday and had an appointment last minute. They were so kind. Love the personal touches they had plus it’s so clean and nice. They also took great care of my fur baby and had plenty of treats waiting for him. Definitely recommend!! 10/10

Amazing ! Dr. Sposato and his lovely tech (sorry I don’t remember her name) were absolutely wonderful. They took care of my sick baby Steven with nothing but love. They know their stuff and don’t waste your time. Competitive prices for the area. I will definitely be going back.

This was my first Bond Vet experience and I was completely satisfied. The treatment my cat received from the doctor and her assistant was extremely comforting. Also when I arrived, the receptionist was very warm & friendly. Overall, it was a great day and I’m looking forward to returning for additional appointments when needed.
