We had an emergency situation with one of our beloved cats and were so lucky to score an apt same day with Dr Murphy on a Sunday. Both the doctor and the place were delightful and took the time to properly diagnose and treat the cat. Highly recommend and will use their services for both my cats going forward. On weekends or at short notice, in a non-emergency, Bond Vet is the place to turn for help. Even if you prefer a personal connection with a specific vet in the city, it’s wise to also register with Bond Vet. If something feels off, even for just a couple days, I recommend not waiting for a regular appointment and getting it checked out sooner rather than later. That’s where Bond Vet makes all the difference.

In a difficult time for our wee boy, all the vets at Bond Vet in Noho were there for us, and gave him the care and comfort he truly needed. For that we are forever grateful.

I cannot recommend Dr. Margret Murphy enough! She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough in her care. My dog, Presley, recently needed medical attention, and Dr. Murphy went above and beyond to ensure she received the best possible treatment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and genuinely cared about Presley’s well-being. It’s rare to find a vet who combines expertise with such a warm and empathetic approach. If you’re looking for a veterinarian who truly puts your pet first, Dr. Murphy is the one!

Dr Murphy is the best. He answered my follow up visit email and sent over additional meds when I expressed concerns about the original visit/diagnosis. Didn’t actually think anyone was monitoring the emails but he answered promptly and understood my concerns. I had brought my sick kitten in the day before but he was getting worse not better. Thankfully Dr Murphy followed up with three different emails and my kitten is feeling much better!

I’ve been really impressed with this business and the high-quality care that exceeds expectations for my fur babies. Amazing, cheerful team and beautiful, modern space. I sadly had to take my cat Fiona here for what would be her last day on earth. That said, I am so grateful I brought her to Bond Vet - Noho. The staff went above and beyond to make both me and Fiona as comfortable as possible during this extremely difficult time. They were awesome! The office is friendly, clean, and has plenty of treats to keep your pet happy. They were knowledgeable and very attune to keeping my dog calm and comfortable throughout the exam. Highly recommend Bond Vet to any pet owner!

I visited this vet's office for a check-up and vaccination for my pet, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. They constantly tried to upcharge me and were not transparent about the costs or the hidden fees. The doctor initially reassured me about my pet's health before the lab results came in, only for me to later receive an email confirming my pet was indeed sick, as I had suspected.

The clinic appeared very disorganized; they mislocated my pet's files multiple times, causing unnecessarily long visits. Additionally, they incorrectly updated my pet's records, leading to significant inconvenience and time wasted on my part to sort out what treatments my pet had actually received. I had to make multiple return visits, during which they attempted to charge me again for services I had already paid for, claiming they had no record of the previous payments. Overall, I would not recommend this vet's office.
