My female cat is new to Bond Vet, and I can say I appreciate their services. The staff members there were very friendly from the front desk to the Drs. The service is quick you don't have to sit there waiting for hours something I love the nurse will come and talk to you to let you know when it's your turn and they have a monitor with all the patients name in the order of their appointment. Dr. Halle Thomasch thank you for taking care of my senior cat.

If I could to press “minus” I would do this.
Worst place I’ve ever seen. Seems like the stuff who worked there those day I came just came from the street .
The reception guy was like he doesn’t care and nobody from there didn’t know the rules, how they charge and where is this price is coming)) It was my first experience at the vet clinic in USA and unfortunately it was this place.
So my dog was just scratching his ear and he was 4 month puppy. When vet doctor came she was a young lady she started to write a bunch of analysis which my dog didn’t need at all. She was trying just to had money from me, same as a “assistant” and after she just run away.
It was my first visit and they had 50%off
And assistant told me that this is not working today, just other days ))
Worst place! Please don’t spend your money here!

Please read.
Vet availability and appointment scheduling are about the only positive aspect about Bond Vet. So if your pet needs a basic checkup and vaccines, this is the place to go (if you are ok with the price).
If your pet needs proper care, for instance, in case of an illness, I do not recommend this place. They failed to treat my dog’s UTI twice. They insisted on weeks of antibiotics that didn’t work. I told them it is an antibiotic resistant e.coli and my dog’s symptoms come back within 12h after finishing their clavamox but it was like talking to a wall and in the meantime my dog was struggling. The first time we had this issue was in the summer and the treatment took five weeks instead of two and me having to go to our previous vet, who is far away for a second opinion. Now it is January and it is the same infection again. Bond Vet has all of our records, where it clearly states that Clavamox didn’t work for us last time. And so of course, they put her on Clavamox AGAIN for two weeks while saying I know it didn’t work last time. It has been a week of Clavamox and my dog is drinking and peeing more than usual. So I called them and said they need to reevaluate the treatment plan, retest her urine and not charge me for the visit (I agreed to pay for the lab work, which is quite expensive, just not for the visit). They said no, they will not waive the appointment fee. I could see a nurse and pay a different fee or I could see a vet and pay a higher fee. I can dispute the fee later with their manager if I wish. I cancelled our appointment with them and am now looking for a normal vet clinic, where the vet knows you and your pet and track’s your pet’s health history. The antibiotic experiments are over.

Firstly, I have to apologize to the girl at the reception. I might was rude because of being upset. I’m sorry.
We had 2 visits to this clinic. 09/03 and 09/15. Unfortunately my fur baby passed away.
I’m thankful to both doctors we have been seen by for explaining everything clearly and correctly. With first advices our kitty was able to live extra 10 days.
Also while today’s visit even with such a painful situation, talking to the doctor (I’m sorry I even didn’t ask the name) I was feeling better than all these last hours. And more calm. All the paper work was done very easy today and I’m so thankful for that.
For more than 3 months I was the happiest cat-mom with the perfect fur baby.
And also both times with emergency situations without scheduling we didn’t have to wait for a long time. Very friendly employees. Everyone.

every vet we’ve worked with has been very kind and communicative and so helpful when we ask questions! we have been here multiple times over the last couple years for different pets and have had extremely careful and attentive vets and nurses each time. recently we have loved Dr Karandikar, she is the most attentive and friendly, though all vets at Bond have been great. thanks so much!!

I love the Bond location on 86th street. I have a kitten and I've had great experiences with Dr. Mayrose. However, 86th street had no availability and I wanted to get my cat in asap because he seemed a bit off. The vet I saw here was kind enough in the beginning, but when it came to treat my pet, she literally said "I'll just put everything we could do in the cart and let the Vet Tech go over it with you." I'm not new to Bond, I know they typically do this, but not without recommendations and asking if you have any questions. Not to mention, the quote was close to $900...I looked at the Vet Tech and asked if the Vet could please advise on what she thought was the best treatment. If she felt I needed to do everything I absolutely would, but based on her nonchalantness, I didn't want to put my pet through anything unnecessary. When she came back in, she seemed a bit annoyed and explained everything in a very condensing way. After about 2 minutes of debriefing, she said "cool," and just walked out. Look, I understand she was probably busy and already visited my pet, but I don't think it's a huge ask to want a vet's opinion on proper treatment. That being said, I will never come back to this location. Such a cold and transactional experience - but I will say her Vet Tech was very sweet.

Amazed by Bond Vet. I moved back to NYC a week ago and my dog got an eye infection from the traveling. I was amazed with how easy it was to get a same day appointment, how kind our Vet and staff were, and how reasonably priced it all came out to. My dog can be reactive and the vet was so kind, gentle and patient. I was in and out with medication in under a half hour. Best Vet experience of all time!
