My daughter hurt her foot while swimming in a river about an hour away. We drove up here for an X-ray. The staff was very friendly and comforting to my daughter who was in a good amount of pain. The doc was a retired army doc and really enjoyed our time with him. The X-ray machine was wheeled into our exam room which was super convenient. The facility and room wasn’t anything special, but it was clean and there was an open room for us right away. Start to finish we were there about 3.5 hours. For an ER visit, this was a pretty smooth experience and would recommend coming here!

I went into the ER with very serious symptoms and was just told I had anxiety. No blood work was done at all. TURNS OUT I was on the verge of a thyroid storm according to the bloodwork I got done the day after. Very negligent and didn’t listen. My nurse however was amazing.

I bashed my knee over the weekend. It was very swollen and painful so I went to immediate care Tuesday morning. Jim was the nurse who took my vitals and Karina was the nurse practitioner. They were both wonderful to work with, very friendly and professional. I also had X rays and Jason took fantastic care of me. Going to the hospital is never pleasant but these people made the visit tolerable. I'm resting at home now and thankful for the great job at Bonner Immediate care.

2nd visit my experience was great. But every other visit was a waste of time, i was told by many to avoid this hospital. my first experience ended with a lost ultrasound, two collapsed veins just for a very miner er visit for Ultrasound, the tech was an hour late arriving.the er is locked after hours, I feel like I have to go to another hospital to have the same things done correctly the first time plus it's dirts they put you in rooms that we're not cleaned since the last patient possibly even all day from the looks of the garbage the floor counters and sometimes the bed.

Had a good experience in the ER last week. Went in with adominal pain. As with any ER, it takes awhile to work through the process of diagnosis but once it was done, I was given the pain med required. There diagnosis was accurate and made sure I was contacted for the follow-up medical care.

I had an accident last year, fell 20ft. The hospital didn't do XRAYS on my back, only a CT. I found out a month later that I had 3 compression fractures. From the harsh care of the ER staff to the very rude staff helping me with my bill because I cannot afford $500 a month. I'm super disappointed with the care and lack of compassion at this hospital.

I have experienced double billing and illegitimate billing. The billing department told us they would handle the issue. They did not. The laboratory acknowledged the issue of invalid charges and incompetent issues regarding their issues with staffing. This resulted in 1 lab requisition having to be re drawn 2x due to errors with the lab draw. They called again after the 2nd re draw and said they still didn't get it correct. We did not go back for a 3rd try. We were never able to get labwork completed at BGH due to their issues. They had the nerve to bill for their errors and labs that were never completed due to their errors. Nearly 2 years later we were turned over to collections on an invalid debt. If you are experiencing a similar situation with BGH, please contact me. A class action suit may be warranted. This company's billing is a joke. They don't care about their internal issues, they just turn you over to collections and force you to defend yourself through a clueless 3rd party agency.

Everybody that had anything to do with helping my husband from the emergency room to his surgery was very friendly and very professional. If my husband needed anything they where right there. They helped us out with a very traumatic week with more yet to come. They where there to answer any questions we needed answered. I wanted to thank everybody on the second floor surgical department. My sincere gratitude to his two morning nurses franco and Rosie for helping him to feel comfortable threw this very emotional time in our life right now. I don't want to leave out the evening nurses that tended to him. I know he was in good hands when I left for the night. But franco and Rosie where the ones that I seen everyday and I seen the compassion they gave to each and everyone of there patience. But we want to thank everybody from the bottom of our hearts including miss melody from the expresso shop to the cafeteria lady's and to anybody I met in the hallways the staff was always friendly and professional.
