I've been waiting for 3 months to get dentures, I've gone twice, they want me to come back 3 more times up through the next month before I can even get them.
My first set from 15 year's ago they took impressions and I had teeth in a couple week's!
These people are milking every cent out of my insurance they can! And that's why insurance is so expensive, vultures like these!

So far i like the place.
Staff are respectful and competent.
APRN Smith actually listens to you and is willing to assist you in your treatment/ condition as opposed to demanding you follow a cookie cutter approach to healthcare
The sliding scale approach to fees makes it accommodating to all budgets whereas the community outreach (food pantry) assistance makes it a full service facility. Well beyond just a Bandaid depot.

The Nurse Practitioners are terrific the front desk staff are rude, inconsiderate, and useless. They wouldn’t let me charge my phone to call my ride, then when my ride showed up knowing I left they did not tell them, use common sense.

The dentist made my teeth week enough after I can't eat sonic crispy chicken tenders and when I brush my teeth they are chipping of for this would rate 0 star if I could

first time there I waited almost 2 hours and finally I left. Months later I fell and scraped my elbows and knee. the pain was bad enough for me to go to see my nurse practitioner. She asked if I thought I needed xrays to which I replied, I don't know you're the doctor. She didn't take off the bandages my roommate put on there until I said something so she could see if the wounds were bad. After unwrapping the bandages she tells me to wash the injuries and bandage them when I get home to which I replied, can't you do it here. So she had the nurse bandage them up. Both bandages came off. I feel very unsafe there and no confidence in their ability to help people.
