Easily accessible from the Main Road, Cox Rd, adequate Free Parking including for Handicap accessible Vehicles. A restrooms was available and clean.

The facility itself was clean and well staffed by friendly employees.

I had an appointment for a recently adopted Kitten and they were pretty much on time, gave her a check up and all went well. The Doctor and staff answered all my questions.

Took our male kitty here after we got him for spay/neuter and had him microchipped. We were so happy with the results and how he was treated we are bringing our 4 1/2 month old aussie to be spayed.

Everytime I talk to someone about my senior dog it's something else. They don't want to book appointments and they diverge you to other places. And I can't stand talking to the people on the phone, condensending and rude, but not when you're there in person. They act nice to your face. Don't worry, I will find someone else to see my dogs who won't talk down to me when I'm already going through enough as it is.

First let me say I very much appreciate the low cost services and the fact that 90% of the staff are volunteers. I greatly respect that and am so thankful for what you do. That being said if you are going to have a face for your clinic which is the person EVERYONE will see and deal with for the most part they should not be a sarcastic rude and just all around unpleasant person to deal with. I also give EVERY person the fact they could just be having a bad day. But I have dealt with her on 2 separate occasions in person and 3 over the phone and she has been rude and smart mouth and has just made my experience there awful. The assistant and the vet were awesome but I only get a few minutes with them 90% of my visit is dealing with and talking to the front desk in person or over the phone. Her attitude and the overall experience with her the last 5 exchanges I left or hung up not just bothered but actually mad at the way I was talked to. So I will go out of my way if I have to drive 50 miles to another clinic not to deal with her again. And I am very sure I am not the only one because I heard a similar exchange with another client while I was waiting and one on the phone just short and rude exchanges. I managed a restaurant for years and I would NEVER have someone like that out front to be the face of my business whether she was a volunteer or not. Again much love and respect to everyone else who does this out of the kindness of their hearts but she must have lost a bet or is being forced to serve community service hours because she obviously does not like or want to be doing what she is doing. And makes sure she makes everyone else as miserable as she is.

Been going here for years. The Vet herself is great but wow her Tech couldnt of been more rude. The ladies up front were great but the Tech needs to find another job that doesn't involve customers. I would give one star but I like the Vet very much. Very helpful. Unfortunately I most likely wont be back after well over 20yrs. If you do decide to go here dont expect any help from her. Funny thing was, soon as the Vet was in the same room, she was nice. I understand people have bad days but at the price they charge, I expect better. No its not expensive but its definitely not cheap like it used to be. Hope this is resolved

I sent an email regarding a stray cat that I wanted to have spayed, but she isn't anyone's cat. They called me back quickly, and they are Angel's. They have low cost spayed free roaming cats if you are willing to help at an affordable price
I will warn you it takes a while for an appointment, so be patient or pay more.
Do your part because they are sure trying to do their best!

This SPCA place has cats and dogs for adoption in the front entrance, and also at the second building entrance, has a spay and neuter office for pet owners with appointments. Great business for strays and pets. I loved their price for my kitten to get fixed.
