I just wanted to leave yall a review and let you know how appreciative I am of how flexible you are with appointments. Unfortunately I have had to reschedule last minute several times over the few years I’ve been taking my dogs here and every time you are super understanding. I genuinely appreciate it!

We really used to love this place, we’ve been coming here for years and raving about it to friends, but the last couple times I've been in, it was clear something had changed. After reading some reviews, I see that this vet was bought out, and now it makes total sense.

The vet tech I’ve seen the last few times act like they want to have a conversation with you, but interrupt constantly and change the subject quickly showing a huge lack of interest.

Every time we’ve been in, we see a different vet, which I don’t love. The last one we saw seemed brand new and super nervous to be in there, which made me really uncomfortable right off the bat. He just kept talking in circles as if he was reading off a script, and when I asked if the bump on her eye could be from something else (the bump was why I scheduled the appt in the first place), he said, “oh. What bump? Let me look at it.” After they had taken her back and poked at her eye. How could you miss the one thing I was bringing her in for in the first place?

They’re also now requiring that our dog be seen for a “wellness exam” before refilling her anxiety medicine that she’s taken for 5 or so years now.

Truly sounds like they’re trying to get every bit of money out of us as they can, and quite frankly, with how impersonal and unprofessional the current staff is now, they’re not worth the prices they charge anymore. Before, I had no problem paying more because I felt comfortable. We will be seeking out a new vet.

Our puppy had his first visit and they took such good care of him. He was so happy and they answered all of our questions they were on time and super friendly. I highly recommend.

This is the only place I take my dogs for their care. I find the facilities comfortable for both myself and for the dogs.

I find the staff pleasant and I find the vets, caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and they all communicate with me in a way that I can understand.

Probably the most important item I can leave is to say that it’s one of the few places I’ve been to in the past few years where when checking out I thought, Wow! That is a lot less than I thought I was going to pay.

We brought our new puppy there. We asked them to call to get records from out-of-state. We've asked 3x now and they still haven't done it. On our second visit (for booster shots) they seemed clueless as to what boosters he needed. The kicker was when they took our dog to a back room (while we were left sitting in the lobby) to give the shots. Not cool. Will not be returning.

Visited Broadway vet yesterday. Wow, everyone was so friendly! It was so refreshing to see kindness and compassion after switching vets from the Idaho Humane Society. They listened to all my concerns and took care of everything in one visit!!! Not to mention they were very accommodating and understanding with my dog reactive dog. I’m so glad we came to Broadway vet and will forever continue coming.

We came across Broadway vet when we had our sweet lil family of “Bostons” (5) & Broardway vet took extremely great care of each of them like their own thru out their sweet lil life’s, that was around 15 yrs ago we started with Broadway Vet. Now this is our sweet silly”Willow” & she now is a Broadway vet furbebe as well.

Edit. We use to love this vet office. The last year or so things have shifted so much. Hours,staff,and the overall care that is shown to our fur babies and us. The newest vet we saw during our visit giving us non answers to our questions. In the past we never hesitated but now walking,during and after our appointments we dont have the same feelings. When we make an appointment for our animals typically we have to take time off to go in which is normal and fine but what isn't ok is the voice mails that they are closed that day now and have to cancel (reschedule) the appointment and when we questioned this we were hung up on. We will be looking for a new vet office who shows they are there for the pets not just a job.

Broadway vet is everything we have looked for in a vet office! We have had some dramatic situations this year with our pets and Broadway vet handled it all so well and explained things to us so we would understand. They took our concerns to heart and listened to us.
