We have four rescue cats. Each one has been treated so well by the staff here. They are understanding and empathetic and kind. I always recommend this clinic. I recently called in with questions and they were kind, thorough and helpful.

If I could I would give this place 100 stars. My cat was sick and I couldn't get a vet to see him same day except this Bryan Road Animal Hospital. He is very difficult to deal with at the vet too. Even though he didn't want to be there and told them so, they took their time and didn't make him feel more uncomfortable than he already was. They were sooo good to him and me. The vet and everyone there was absolutely the BEST!

Thank you guys so, so much for your wonderful care of my boy, Miles. He may have been a spicy kitty, but that didn't stop you from treating him with such love and kindness. You've been such a huge help these past 6 months with trying to get his diabetes under control, and even when we couldn't and he got worse, y'all were there every step of the way through sending him on emergency. I'm definitely gonna keep using you guys. Keep up the great work. In case no one's told you today, I love you and I'm proud of you.

I have been going to Bryan Road Animal Hospital for several years now and they have been nothing short of wonderful. I have 2 larger dogs 1 that is NOT a fan of vet visits, and they have saintly patients with him. They diagnosed my other dog with a Thyroid problem and recommended some meds that have worked amazingly. She used to trot at best and now will run, run, and run some more at the park.

Meaghan is an Amazing, kind, compassionate hardworking vet tech! She’s very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. She made my experience so calm and peaceful and took so much uncertainty and anxiety from me and my family when bringing our dog in. Highly recommend!!!

Staff, veterinarian very all very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Asked me questions about my pet and offered advice on puppys needs. We're very helpful setting up future appointments and giving me a full list of costs for his shots, neuter and chip cost. Plus when was best to get them done as he gets older.

Ive been going here for a few years now. They took special care with my fur baby with her anxiety in the doctor's office. They provided her with a pheromone bandanna, then coax her with peanut butter and cheese, when she wouldn't eat neither one, they brought in a speaker to play anti anxiety music. They went above and beyond to comfort her. The vet gave me a prescription for trazodone for the next time we visited them. Lol. My fur baby Ziva crossed over the rainbow bridge a year ago today and now I adopted zeebee, molly and maddy. I take them there also. Zeebee tore some ligaments in her back leg and is being treated with lazers to reduce her pain and medication also. She's in a weight reduction diet that the vet explained was crucial for her recovery process. My girls got a 3 year rabies shot and im deciding if i want the heartworm shot that lasts a whole year, so i don't miss a month without their pill. I think they are alittle pricey. But, great care and professionalism is well worth the money to me. Dr. Clapper, Dr. Beezer and Dr. Williams have cared for my girls and all were excellent!! As you can tell, I highly recommend them, also their staff members that are excellent as well. Thank you all very much for the love you show my girls. Zeebee is doing much better with her lazer treatments and diet😄
