Dr Tanaz has been the best for my cat and her staff is so awesome. Both the doctor and the staff always calls and follows up to check on my cat when we have been in. No other veterinary has ever done that. I highly recommend them. ❤️

Although I received scary news of my sweet Bella, the team at BVRAH reassured me that she will pull through it and focused on what mattered most. Dr. A is such a tender and natural animal handler. I will forever continue bring my fur friends to her facility. The best hands possible for your pets! BVRAH team are knowledgeable and very kind as well.

I can not brag about them enough! They were so gracious to see our cat Baxter on a Saturday when he had bitten and it had become infected. The front office staff is the nicest around. The vet was very attentive and explained everything thoroughly! I am so grateful for their kindness and expertise.

The staff is very friendly, but I have had trouble getting my dog’s prescription from them on multiple occasions over the span of 8 months. I was first told they did not give physical prescriptions or do electronic approvals, so I purchased my dog’s medication from them. I was then later told, by another employee, that they do give physical prescriptions. However, they would not give me the prescription because my dog needed more tests in a few months. We waited to get the tests done. After the tests, we were told the prescription would be ready 2-4 days after his appointment. It has been 8 days. We’ve yet to receive the physical prescription, and I had to call for an update. The veterinarian is apparently waiting on a prescription pad which is what has been taking so long. We’ve been given the runaround for the last time. It would be great if they would go on and do the electronic approval if they do not have a prescription pad. It seems they would much rather clients purchase medications through them, which would be fine if prices were not cheaper elsewhere. They also make you pay for your pet’s paperwork (if you ever need an additional copy) whether it is emailed or picked up. It doesn’t seem this facility has clients’ best interest at heart, especially when it comes to prescriptions. Again, they are very friendly, but we will not be returning.

Absolutely love this vet they have been there for any and every situation we have needed them including assisting with a few puppies that were delivered not breathing. Our dogs love all of them the nurses are amazing and their doctor is absolutely the best. We thank. You all for becoming part of our family.....

Friendliest and most attentive staff. I've taken my dog there for shots and boarding and had a great experience every time. I can't recommend them enough.
