My wife and I had a little bit of a throw up scare with a little bit or blood in it! Brought our girl lady in and the staff was super kind on Tuesday night!
We went in and they brought us back very fast. Answered all of our questions and took our girl back. Mrs. Wyatt the veterinarian took care of us really well. The girl at the front office helped us utilize our care credit.
I see a lot of people upset about pricing, but this being an emergency vet. I feel as if the pricing was very fair.
The tech was super kind and made sure we weren’t nervous. I’m happy that we chose this animal hospital to help put us at ease, and I’m glad they were kind.
I made it back in time to finish the call of duty round 51 terminus Easter egg too! So it was a good night.

I brought my cat Basil here. They were able to diagnose him almost immediately and begin treatment. Everyone here was super kind and accommodating, while I was dealing with the terrible anxiety of not knowing what was going on. I specifically really appreciate the vets and the vet techs for their open communication. They never once seemed annoyed when I called them multiple times to check on my cat and were always really understanding and reassuring. Basil is doing better now and seems to have made a full recovery. Truly one of the worst weeks of my life but I really appreciate everyone who works here.

My cat was having an emergency on a Friday evening after normal vet hours. I was a little skeptical due to the reviews, but it was the closest place that was open and we were terrified for our "Bells". I'm glad we came. There was a bit of a wait, but we were checked on the entire time. We were kept up to date about our kitty, even when my wife was little frantic and kept asking questions. We were given options on treatment in a way that us non vet people could easily comprehend. We were given a receipt at the end of service that included a full price breakdown, and the price we felt was completely reasonable. Honestly, we expected emergency services well outside of normal business hours to be a little bit more. Our sweet girl did have to have X-rays, and when the vet called, she was patient and explained what she found and best course of action. Checkout was a breeze, and our girl is resting comfortably at home. We hope to never need emergency vet services again, but if we do - we know exactly where we would bring our animals. Thank you Burleson Animal Emergency Hospital, we really feel that you went above and beyond for our sweet Bells <3

My son's dog of 11 years needed to be euthanized due to illness. The staff could not have been more compassionate and helpful. He chose to have her cremated. It was completed with the utmost care.

Had a wonderful experience. Brought in my girl suki who was recently spayed, unfortunately i came home from work to find a bathtub full of poop and blood and rushed her to the er.

They immediately took her back and gave me some quick paperwork to fill out, asked for some history and got started. I was so nervous worried about internal bleeding or something from the surgery gone wrong. They made me feel so much better and took amazing care of her.

They told me how she was loving and purring the whole time which i was so happy to hear. Thankfully my girl is okay and just needed some meds. Id like to say thank you to all the kind staff and especially to amber who was so careful explaining all the care needed for my girl. Shes now back home in her recovery suit eating her dinner and medication. I would trust them with all of my babies

UPDATE: just wanted to let the staff know suki is finally feeling back to normal and is regularly using the restroom and playing! Thank you for all your help

Second time coming here in last two years. Both time the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They took great care of our dog and explained steps and treatment and made sure we agreed before proceeding. I felt comfortable leaving our dog while they were examining him and waiting for X-rays. I am glad to have 24/7 vet emergency in the area who cares for their patients.

If I could give this negative stars I would. They killed my dog. They treated her for the wrong things and flooded her with fluids and when I took her to my vet they said they she was not able to be treated anymore. On top of killing my dog they charged me for 36 hours for a 24 hour stay. I was thousands of dollars in dept and I basically paid for them to kill my dog. I struggled for two years to pay this off. I have never recovered from this and I still stuggle with this. Please don’t take your babies here. I want answers and more than that i want to save y'all from what I experienced.
