Such a great experience!!! Dr. Hamilton, the front desk, and the vet tech were the sweetest. My dog is so afraid of going to the vet. They had toys, treats and a lick mat to help her. When we came in we were able to go right into the room and we didn’t have to wait. Dr. Hamilton took her time with Butters, and explained everything to me. You can tell everyone there truly loves animals and will do anything to help make the experience better. So relieved that we have found our forever vets office!

Walked in without an appointment with my wife and one of my 3 animals thinking we might want to change vets. Just wanted to get a feel for the place, their fees, and service. Was met by an indifferent receptionist who was on the phone. She looked up at us once and continued with her phone call. We waited for about 4 minutes without a verbal acknowledgment. We walked out. We'll stay with our current vet, and Burns Court loses out on revenue from 3 pets.

They are a wonderful veterinary team!! All the lovely woman that work there care deeply about the animals and the people.
In addition to making every visit very pleasant, they were wonderful when we had to put down our sweet 15 year old shih tzu under very sad circumstances.The best vet and staff we have ever worked with!

Always a pleasant clean and calming environment the vet techs ,the receptionist are all so very kind and caring. And I cannot say enough about the veterinarian. She is amazing and really cares about each and every animal. I am so happy with all the care my animals are given.

After a poor experience at another vet in Sarasota, a friend recommended Dr. Hamilton and team. We are grateful to have found this wonderful clinic. The team is experienced, skilled and so very compassionate. They incorporate a fear free approach to make your pet comfortable and to feel cared for during the examination and treatment as needed. It can be difficult moving from another state and finding the care you need right away for your pet. I felt completely at ease after bringing my frenchie in- the care has been nothing but exceptional every time. I was even surprised when they called the day after I took him in to the ER to check in on him with a follow up seeing how he was doing. They also have been flexible with getting him in right away when something comes up.
