Pesima experiencia..mi perra,una beagle de 8 años,la lleve por sospecha de piometra..le indicaron analisis de sangre y una rx de abdomen,que tuvimos que esperar 2 dias para ver el resultado.Habian criterios de piometra y aun asi,no estaban seguros y no la operaban,nos decian que habia que llevarla nuevamente a control para ver como evolucionaban los exámenes de sangre.Finalmente la lleve a otro veterinario y efectivamente la operaron de emergencia..era una piometra que pudo resolverse a tiempo

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and has a calming atmosphere that immediately put both me and my dog at ease.

The doctor was thorough and compassionate during the examination. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. I felt confident that my dog was in excellent hands.

As someone who visits a doctor routinely, for a medical issue myself, I was so impressed at how caring everyone was. Their bedside manner blows my doctors’ & specialists’ out of the water.If i could i would be a patient there too.

Look, I’ve been a client here for over 10 years. I have brought 14+ pets to Dr. Wiese. He is compassionate, professional, trustworthy, accommodating, honest and caring. This is not a vet looking to take advantage of or confuse his clients with all sorts of diagnostics and procedures unless he deems them absolutely necessary. He works with you to find the best plan of quality care for your pet.

This is not an emergency vet hospital. Think of it like your PCP. If you’re having a stroke or a heart attack, you wouldn’t call your PCP and show up to their office demanding to be seen because it’s an emergency. They’ll tell you to go the emergency hospital. Well it works the same way in the veterinary field. You take your pet to a regular vet for preventative medicine, and an emergency vet for urgent/emergency care.

Also I have worked in a few vet clinics in the Miami area and I can tell you for a FACT that this is one of the best clinics you can take your pet to because the staff are actually very gentle and caring. They do not over restrain or bully unruly pets into submission like other veterinary practices do. They don’t have disgruntled employees to take out their frustrations on your pets. This is of utmost importance to me and should be for you as well, because it is a very common and unspoken reality that people do not consider when choosing a vet.

The doctor and staff are regular people like you and me. They do all that is humanly possible within their criteria, leaving a bad review just because they don’t handle emergency cases is absolutely asinine. If you want a fantastic preventative care vet, choose here. They’re lovely and earnest people which is a one in a million find, especially in Miami.

A few days ago and after my cat (Mama) was almost dying from vomiting and not eating or drinking for several days, we took her with Dr. Bustillo. Our Mama is very very nervous with estrangers and we were worried about leaving her alone with them because we had read about other places they don’t let you go inside with your pet. We were very relief they let the pet owner go inside too, even though the room is small. Dr. Bustillo took his time to know and learn about Mama. We were surprised how Dr. Bustillo and her assistant Lucy handled her with no problem for examination. Dr. Bustiillo is very very paciente. Her assistant Lucy is very sweet. His fees are very affordable. Dr. Bustillo gives you options about treatments and he doesn’t force you to spend more than what is necessary. Mama responded very good to her treatment and she is a happy cat again. We definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Wiese and his crew offered us top notch attention and took very good care of our cat Midnight, they handled him gently and with care. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and care about their patients. They went above and beyond answer all my questions and to make sure Midnight gets well. This entire clinic is AMAZING! From the front desk, to the assistant's and the doctor's... I can not put into words the level of compassion they display. I have been coming here for around 5 years with my pets and the service has always exceeded my expectations.
