We’ve been using Butler Creek for over 15 years. The front staff, techs, and doctors always go above and beyond. For 12 years Dr. Shell has taken great care of my cat Puff through his patience, returning phone calls, chasing available prescription food during Covid, always listening and explaining options for Puff’s Mega Colon care. We love you, Dr. Shell and are so grateful for your care.

Always a great experience at Butler Creek Animal Hospital with Dr. McClintock! She’s knowledgeable and thorough, and always patient with my questions. She treated my French bulldog and French/Boston terrier for years and at the end of their lives when they were facing many health challenges, and now treats my senior English Bulldog rescue. I trusted her with surgeries with the brachycephalic breeds I’ve owned. The entire staff is consistently pleasant and caring.

My sweet girl was so very sick, she didnt feel good at all. Brought her to Butler creek because the other vets weve been to in the past gave us horror stories to live with. Butler Creek took us in, made us feel like family, & really made my baby feel so comfortable. Will be the only vet we use from now on. We love them!

Our cat injured his tail and needed part of it amputated m. They treated him with such kindness and care. They did an amazing job on the surgery and even called us the next day to make sure he was still doing okay. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family

We had such a great experience here! We took our new puppy, Bleu for shots and the staff were exceptionally friendly. They got us into our room as soon as we walked in and made our first vet appointment so smooth! The facility is very clean as well! We have found our home! They even gave him treats during his shots and he did so great!

The staff is great and attentive. Everyone treats your pet like their own. And the groomer, Lisa, is a rock star! The team always treat Marley Sue like a princess. I feel comfortable that she's safe and loved while in their care.

Things have changed here and so has my opinion. My original review sang the praises of a vet who is not longer here but, the more I thought about it I wondered how, under their care and several visits last year why the vet had not found a 7.5 lbs tumor that made her abdomen so hard. It seems like he would have questioned that with a palpitation of her stomach. It was, as he said, the largest tumor he has ever seen.

The service has gone down hill and giving excuses for poor customer service and follow up instead of first offering an apology is beyond me when you’re dealing with health issues of this kind. “We tried to call and didn’t want to bother you with a quote when you were dealing with the seizures.”

What? No missed calls on my phone, no messages, and not sending quotes directly related to the cause of those seizures is beyond me. I’m so very disappointed.
