I usually end up waiting a very long time past my appointment time before my pet is seen. And I understand that there is usually only one vet working at a time, but if you make an appointment just make sure you set aside at least 2 hours. Otherwise staff is friendly and the vet is great and knowledgeable.

It’s taking me a while to write this. Save your money and save your pets life not going to this vet. In May, my dog started to have a cough. I brought him in for a check up and the vet told me that his heart and lungs sound fine and sound good actually! The vet insisted for him to take a PRP test but I said regardless, you would give him the same antibiotics he said yes so what the vet should’ve done is taking an x-ray of my dogs lungs which he did not, the antibiotics did not help at all. My dog was getting worse when I brought him in for the second time I demanded a chest x-ray. I brought his fecal manner and I told him to take his blood work. well they tell me that my dog has pneumonia and needs to be rushed to mash emergency. When I do that I rush my dog out of there and I tell them I’ll handle the bill later. I have to go the vet told me this an emergency. My dog has to be in an oxygen chamber when I arrived at mash they took my dog right away. My vet was calling me for payment. I’m like I’m going through a crisis right now. My dog is in critical condition and all you care about is payment. They wouldn’t even send his chest x-rays to mash so they can see what’s going on with my dog until I paid the invoice which is so absurd because at that time I was in a panic critical state of mind they absolutely showed no Empathy. The vet at mash said he doesn’t have pneumonia. He has a mass that was above his lungs that protruded into his lungs, which was causing the coughing and the heavy breathing. I had no other choice. He was too far taken of the cancer we had to put him down. To this day, this was the most devastating day of my life. I will never forgive this vet. Please stay away from them. They don’t care. They only care about your money.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service I received from this vet clinic. When my dog had an emergency and stepped on glass, they went above and beyond by fitting us in last minute. The efficiency and compassion displayed by the entire team were truly remarkable.
A special shout-out to Roberto, the tech who took care of my dog. His positive and sweet personality made a stressful situation much more manageable. Roberto's dedication to the well-being of my pet was evident, and his kindness did not go unnoticed. I really appreciate this vet office. This vet is the one who figured out my sweet Daisy has Inflammatory bowel disease and got to the root of her issues. The vet is gentle, kind, and thorough. The staff has been helpful with looking at photos I sent via email and helping me discern if Daisy needed to be seen or not.

I just moved to LA from GA and am so grateful to have found such a wonderful vet so close by. Dr. C is so personable and kind! He recommended a new medication for my 13 year old dog with arthritis. I’m very hopeful that it will help. Also: the office visit was $69, and bloodwork like $125–such reasonable prices. Highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been taking my cat here for a few years. As an FIV+ cat he’s had a number of health scares but is still thriving and now joined by a sister. They are typically able to see us in a reasonable timeframe and Dr C does a good job of providing effective treatments while being conservative with ordering tests etc. All of the staff are also great. Vet care can be expensive regardless of where you go so I recommend pet insurance to all pet owners, it has saved me a lot.

The receptionists were cold and unfriendly, as was the entire mood and atmosphere of the clinic. I have not met the doctor, but his staff’s demeanor are a reflection of a badly run clinic culture. - I showed up with my small cat in carrier a few min earlier than my scheduled appointment yet we both ended up waiting outside in the scorching heat so as not to make either him nor the dogs in the waiting area nervous. The staff was not only unaccommodating, but also un-reassuring of the timeliness or promptness of the scheduled appointment. After over a half hour in the heat and now past schedule, I cancelled my appointment and will be going to a different vet office which already assured me over the phone that this would not be an issue and there will be a safe indoor place to wait.
