They are terrible at dealing with different types of personalities. All i needed was paperwork signed for my cdl physical. I had 1 week until deadline. I took paperwork in their office. Was told they would get to it ASAP. Then they told me I needed eye doctor paperwork. And 54 pages of info from my libre . I took all this in . Then they told me eye info was not right. So I called my eye doctor. He faxed it to them. It went through. The next day I called back. Ask about a timeline. The NP took the phone and told me she had 2 weeks to full it out. I told her I had one week. She did not care. She said eye info had not been received. I called eye doctor and he said he had sent it. I call clinic back and the PN told me to find a new provider. Took 10 min for them to call me back and tell me they got it done. I called customer service and they seemed like they cared. But they took their clinics side and now have sent me a certified letter stating I had to find a new provider. And I was not welcomed to get one at henery co hosp. I did not say one bad word to them. Yes I was getting worried but seems they have little to no compassion for a person's situation. It's all about if they like u or not. Sad thing is i had no problem with them until this happened.

Wish I could give 0 stars ! This place is absolutely horrible. If you have a loved one diagnosed with cancer BY THIS OFFICE and THEY refer them out be sure to follow up on it because they obviously DO NOT CARE enough to do their job. This office lacks compassion and empathy. This is supposed to be a medical office ? It's a joke. I do not know how they stay in practice with such horrible patient care. If you're needing a health care provider look elsewhere !

I’m shocked at the reviews! I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve seen Becky, Billie, Lindsey, and Dr. Thomas. I come in with a list and they always listen. I feel heard. Their medical staff listens when I give my history & they’re great at drawing blood! Their front desk really worked with me to get me scheduled with all my restrictions. I highly recommend here!

To start, their hours are listed wrong. They don't start answering the phones until after 8, and when you do finally get a person to answer, they usually have a terrible attitude. I called and wanted to schedule and appointment to see NP Rebecca Strunk, and was told she no longer worked there. I was never informed that my primary care doctor was moving, but nonetheless, I made an appointment to see NP Billie Geise as it was an urgent matter. On the day of my appointment, everything was okay until I saw the NP. I informed her that I had been called for jury duty and due to my severe anxiety, I was unable to serve. I explained to her that since receiving my summons to appear I had developed a multitude of debilitating symptoms such as insomnia, loss of appetite, severe vomiting, and grinding my teeth to name a few. I asked her if I could have a doctor's note to attach to my deferment paper for the judge, and she told me that it would be, "a good life experience," and that I needed to learn to, "deal with the society that I live in." She called me names, such as "weepy" and told me that she would not be writing me a doctor's note, because she didn't think I needed it. Then, she proceeded to prescribe me Zoloft. When I expressed my concerns about taking an antidepressant since I have never been on one, she assured me that Zoloft is NOT an antidepressant. I found out from the pharmacy when I got my prescription filled that Zoloft is, indeed, an antidepressant. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. What kind of doctor lies to their patients? The treatment I received here is unacceptable.

The positive - staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The negative - they don’t answer their phones, they don’t relay test results, it’s hard to get refills and when they do they send them to the wrong pharmacy.

Prescription got sent to Meijer after 2 people including the Dr. Was told that the Prescription was to be sent to CVS. Called and was told it would be better if I corrected their mistake. Seriously man maybe when I make a mistake I'll call them and ask them to correct mine. Come on no customer service whatsoever.

Staff and doctors are very friendly. They are very attentive to what you need. They will do whatever they can to help you. They'll get you in and out so you don't have to wait around all day. Every time you call, someone answers and answers my questions that I have. I highly recommend if you need a doctor or family doctor.
