Great clinic and staff. They take walk ins only (not by appointments) which we absolutely love and the prices are the very best . Dr. Campbell and staff are on top of the latest advancements in medicines and can clearly explain. The check in app. is very helpful! We Highly recommend and will continue to keep him as our golden doodles Dr.

Just moved to the area a couple weeks ago and haven't found a vet yet. Went in for a simple allergy shot and sat in the waiting room for over an hour and a half and the front desk staff was kind of rude. The shot that at any other vet had always cost me around $60 cost me $90 there too. Overcharging for services while not charging for an office visit is not right. Will say that Dr Campbell was very nice but I won't be back and will find a more fairly priced veterinary office

I had to calm down for a bit before I could even write this post! I just spent 2 1/2 hours at Campbell Animal Hospital waiting for my American Bulldog to be seen. I had already been to an emergency vet on Tuesday night to treat sudden onset pain in my dogs back legs. Long story shorter, they are treating her with painkillers, muscle relaxers and steroids. She has been doing really well until last night she seemed to have a flare up again. I took her into Campbell because I have taken my cats there in the past. I just wanted x-rays to rule out any tumor or broken bones I didn’t know about. They finally got me back and did an initial exam on her and then the vet tech came back with a list of tests the vet wanted to do. One was for a tick born illness and the other was a blood pressure test. I declined those two tests because I want to rule things out one at a time. Dr. Campbell came back in the exam room and said “bye bye”! Because I refused his unnecessary tests he refused to do the X-rays! He advertises that they don’t charge for office visits. Clearly, he is padding his bills by doing unneeded tests to offset the office visit charge! I have been in vets offices my entire life! My mom was a vet tech when I was growing up, then a groomer and then she ran a non-profit animal shelter. I have never in my life experienced this treatment! This man shouldn’t be in business with his lack of compassion for his patients and his God complex! I hope my experience convinces others to find another vet!

Never again! Brought two dogs in and in detail explained what was wrong and what we needed- one was for X-rays since my regular vets X-ray machine is down and needed to check for fractures (he ended up with arthritis) and has a skin irritation on his leg where he licks because it hurts but it isn’t infected. Since I was already driving an hour there I brought my other dog who was retaining water , clearly bloated, has a cough and what seemed to be an irregular heartbeat- so I explained the issues and that she is on Heartworm prevention but still wanted to test for that as well because something is causing this issue.well they said it was just 15$ more to get all her shots and exam so we did that too- dr walked in, squirted something in her mouth super fast (ended up being panacure which she didn’t need since she is on worm prevention- it ended up on the floor because she spit it out and still charged $7.50 for that) he listened to her heart, drew blood and came back no heart worms but has a tick born illness so he prescribed antibiotics- I checked out and waited for the medicine- total was $460.00 - got half hour down the road and realized they did nothing for her retaining fluid. I called back and they said they would return my call. Well that was Saturday- finally got an answer the Friday after that he would need to see her again for the fluid retention before he can give her furosemide for that and check her out to see what is going on!!!! That is LITERALLY WHAT I BROUGHT HER IN FOR! They did not give anything for swelling and pain for my male- just put him in a month of doxycycline for an infection he doesn’t have and that isn’t going to do anything for the arthritis! Said they sell a joint supplement for 100$ but he would need 3 a day for his weight- again that does nothing for pain! I went to my regular vet today and my dog has a heart condition which she said is very very easy ti hear if ypu listen ti her heart for 5 seconds, she is now on heart meds and furosemide for fluid retention they also prescribed pain meds for my male- and they said he doesnt need 10 doxicyclene a day either- that wouldnt even be for a skin infection of he had one!
