The new vet (Dr. John Evans) at Campus Commons Pet Hospital is excellent. He is thorough and takes the extra steps to make sure our dog feels comfortable at the vet. Dr. Evans has provided our dog who has unique medical needs with excellent and conscientious care. The vet tech crew there has been very helpful to us as well. They are just getting established as a practice since our vet sold the business, but I’ve been very impressed so far and look forward to continued excellent service there. We had a medical emergency and were able to be seen within the hour. I don’t know any vet who is so responsive. I phoned at 7:30 in the morning and someone picked up and was able to get our lil’ stinker seen right away for a medical emergency.

I took my 12 year old dog here after she suffered a uterine prolapse. When we were seen and the doctor told us a simple spay would fix it. When we had finally built up the money we scheduled her appointment. At least 1 or two hours after dropping her off they called us saying they found some things, that she was anemic, had a slightly large heart and a heart murmur. The doctor said she wanted to have a few more test done so we let them, the day after they called us saying that they couldn't find exactly where the anemia was coming from. They found no sign of a infection and apparently her mammary tumors weren't cancerous. When we got her back they had pushed the prolapse back in and said they could do the surgery. But we couldn't afford it at the time so we had to wait. But not even a few days after this My dog fell ill. She would throw up constantly, refusing to eat.
She had diarrhea and would whine while she slept. We found it odd that they didn't find anything yet she was experiencing all these symptoms. So we decided to take her to other vets, but some didn't want to see her due to no insurance. After 3 long months of fighting whatever was inside of My dog, she passed away on the way to a emergency hospital. I feel my dogs health was overlooked and that this places negligence left me grieving My dog and I don't even know what could've taken her from me.
Do not go here. This place is money hungry.

Scout absolutely loves coming here and so do I! I live about 40 minutes away but this practice is worth the drive!! Everyone I've encountered there is always so welcoming. They never rush when seeing Scout, take the time to explain their recommendations, and make sure my questions are answered. If you're looking for a great place to take your pet, I highly recommend Campus Commons Pet Hospital. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed and you'll definitely be glad you did.

My wife and I have been searching for a new vet clinic, and I think we’ve finally found it at Campus Commons Pet Hospital. They recently treated my dog, Snivles, for an eye issue, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming. Dr. Jan and her assistants were attentive, thorough, and made Snivles feel completely at ease during the exam. Their professionalism and genuine care for my dog were clear throughout the visit.

We will definitely be returning to Campus Commons Pet Hospital for future care. Highly recommend!

This vet is a scam just to milk you for your money wanna know how I'll tell you
I took my dog in for a uterine prolapse cause I heard good reviews from this hospital so we take her and they say that she needs to be spayed to prevent it from happening and that they can also remove her tumors that she had we had Dr Sarah it looked like she knew what she was having talking about. then the day of the surgery they say that they can't do it cause they found things they said that she had a anemia but they didn't say which type and they couldn't find where it was coming from which was suspicious they say that they are doctors so they should know where it came from. So after they called us and told us everything we thought that they would make us pick her up but they said that they wanted to keep her longer to "moniter" her but they kept her longer so they can get paid for the hours when we got her back they didn't tell us that they pushed her prolapse back in and we saw so we thought that she was okay cause she was herself again then a couple weeks pass and she's sick she doesn't want to eat she throws up a lot she is lethargic she's really skinny and she can't stand up on her own then she was having muscle spasms and they got worse and she had symptoms of a pyometra cause she had stuff coming out of her private part and it probably was cause they pushed her prolapse back in and it messed her up and today she got worse and we couldn't let her get worse so we thought the that she couldn't suffer anymore so we decided to put her to sleep but on the way there she passed away she died because this supposed pet hospital thought they they were doing something right
This stupid "vet" is the reason why my dog is gone I have other animals and now I know better than to take them here ever again don't trust your animals with this place

This practice has taken a major nosedive. The front office staff is disorganized. They don't send appointment reminders timely, become confused, and are needlessly argumentative. They struggled to make simple changes in contact information in their records.

My dog, who previously received care for 6+ years was confused for a new patient. My dog had two golf ball sized tumors that had rapidly metastasized into an even larger one. They were slow to schedule, got the scheduling wrong, and then partook in some finger pointing about scheduling, and strange bickering about whether the timestamp of a call establishes appointment time, with the appointment reminder arriving on the day the visit is set to take place and with the incorrect time. These are not the mistakes an established practice should make. Furthermore, it's not the experience you want when your family member has an acute illness.

The lack of timely care, communication, and informational organization are all current barriers to this practice.

Absolutely amazing experience!! We are from out of state. While traveling I found a puppy but was nervous about purchasing without having a vet check. I was so lucky to get an early appointment this morning. Dr. Salinas & his entire staff were incredible. I can’t say enough about how nice & informative they were. Dr. Salinas was very straight forward, didn’t mix words. We appreciated his candor. He even gave a kudos to the breeder for how great the puppy was. Hands down, I would choose them first for any pet needs in the future!

Junior our boxer just loves the staff at Campus Commons Pet Hospital, he just gets so excited to go there. He is a happy healthy boxer; and our 4th dog to have received life long care from this pet hospital. That means we have been coming here for a very long time 25+ years now and we would not even consider receiving care from anywhere else. This place feels like home to us and all my dogs have been happy coming here. Thank you for the excellent care you provide our fur-babies.
