My daughter called and ask, how much to get five cats fixed? The receptionist asked, "how many are boys and girls?" Daughter replies, three boys and two girls. Receptionist puts her on hold and comes back with $150 for the boys and $227 for the girls. So my daughter schedules the boys.
So we take the boys in this morning. I say okay to $50/ each for vaccines. When we pick up the cats the total is $638. I was like wait how much to get them fixed? Receptionist $150. And my daughter said each?

Learn to give a proper quote! I am so mad, because my daughter feels horrible because I had to pay $338. She wanted to do this herself. She wanted to keep the cats. She earned the money, checked the price and made the appointment. If she was given a correct quote she would have had one cat fixed at a time and made sure she had the money she needed.
She did everything right. You guys screwed up.

We have been going to see Lindsey Bott at Canyon View for a long time. She is ALWAYS kind and patient with our pets. She always wears a smile and is positive. We love Lindsey!!!!! Super professional and caring. More vet offices need people like her.

BEWARE!!!! Canyon view cares unfortunately doesn’t care. Both this location and the Malad location are careless veterinarians. I felt extremely rushed through my experience and was charged a premium price for putting my animal down. I first went to the malad location in a state of an emergency and they acted like it was not an issue and told me to drive to Tremonton because they’re doctor was on call that day and they preferred not to bring him in for something like this so they sent me to Tremonton in an emergency. No apologies for my loss, no options for alternatives he just told me to put the cat down, no care at all he made me feel like he wanted me in and out immediately. In my past experiences with similar situations I have received a condolences letter or sorry for your loss but no they just took my money overcharged me and put my cat down. If you have to thaw canyon view cares for any reason please call or go elsewhere for a second opinion you won’t regret it. If you want a personalized experience and want to feel like you and your animals are family then go to a different business this is not for you and I would highly discourage supporting this business at either location.

Canyon view and Dr. Evans saved my dogs life. She had an obstruction I was quoted 5 thousand dollars and at that point we were already in to her care over 3 grand. I didn't have it and was left with only 1 horrible choice but Dr.Evans and canyon view staff were so kind and understanding they gave me a much lower estimate that I could afford and she had the life saving surgery. Thay have kept in close contact and been nothing short of amazing. Thank you Dr.Evans and staff your great

Beyond impressed with the staff here. We have been going there for a few years now for different little things but most recently for our dog creed who had an accident.

They have been nothing but sweet and helpful, loving, and friendly. I will never take my animals anywhere else- I have no doubt in my mind that our healing process would not be going this well if they weren’t involved and I love walking in and feeling like it’s my friends taking care of my dog it makes me feel so much better and creed even loves them so, bonus!

Love love love this office and all of the amazing staff and I’d recommend them over and over!

I've heard great things about this animal clinic. Bear River Animal Hospital however, just makes fun of you and gossips all over town after your loved pet is put down. If I ever get another dog, I will come here. I've heard Canyon View is very compassionate.

Dr. Evan’s and his team have done a superb job. We called at 3 PM for an emergency for our 1 year old dog, not only did they say bring him in but his staff talked to the Doctor before letting us go. The doctor does more than just give you answers he explains them and what he did in great detail. We felt reassured and educated and this was very appreciated. Our pup survived but we know that this isn’t always the case and we’re prepared for the worst, the Doctor and his staff made us feel important even though they were slammed. They will have lifelong customers from us.
