I went into caribou with a head laceration. The staff was very helpful and concerned about my well being. They were very efficient in their practice and had me in and out in no time. Everyone had smiles and great attitudes, that brought my spirits up. I wish this kind of service was available in my home town, if I have the option I’ll drive there for any service in the future. Thank you caribou team for a job well done

Just finished a procedure with Caribou medical. Shout out to Doctor Judy and Staff. As someone who highly dislikes anything to do with doctors and doctors' offices, highly professional staff. Dealt with an outrageous amount of questions patiently and expertly. They actually seemed to enjoy imparting their knowledge on an every curious soul. Never been in a more hospitable hospital. Thanks everyone for easing my mind. (PS no I wasn't paid for this review lol I just believe in credit where credit is due)

I went in with over a decade of staying away from Dr’s and had a colonoscopy done from Dr. Judy. Everything went so smooth that I was definitely satisfied with the service and Hospital employees.

I went to the ER for fainting spells and other ailments. The nurses Shane and James were remarkable. They were very attentive and helpful. Dr Jensen on the other hand- I was not impressed. The impression I got was that he thought I was another addict searching for pills. Which is very offensive due to the amount of clean time I have. The only medication I asked for was Tylenol during my visit. Neither him or the nurses flat out asked if that was the case but Dr Jensen made sure to include a list of resources for “chemical dependency”. This may just be new protocol but I was highly offended. Doctors need to understand that recovery is possible and not every patient is admitted to the ER just for a fix. There were many other things I didn’t necessarily agree with but the facility was clean and sanitary. And most of the staff I have ever worked with have been a delight. Please, before you go digging into a patient chart, have the decency to ask about recovery and clean time. You never know what someone is going through.

Had a procedure done at Caribou Memorial recently that is not offered in Pocatello (minimally invasive endoscopic discectomy). Everyone at Caribou Memorial was friendly and helpful. I want to thank Josh and Josh (my nurse and nurse anesthetist) for their great care and Dr. Stephen Hansen for making my procedure as smooth and successful as I could imagine. Compassionate and personalized care is becoming less common in bigger communities and it is nice to see that Caribou Memorial and their staff are committed to a level of care and quality the community can be proud of.

This place is joke, only hospital I have ever heard of, that can't even call a prescription in. They expect someone with an illness to go take a paper prescription in and wait. I called in and Jason tells me that's all we can do, which he is probably right, this place is a detour from life saving treatment, do not come here unless you only need to use the bathroom. That's all it's good for. I would have gave them 0 stars if it would have let me.
