I recently took my dog here for her first vet visit and this was my first time using Cashua Veterinary Care. I was impressed with absolutely everything! Their office is so clean and tidy!
Before arriving, I was worried about sitting in the waiting room trying to control my dog around other peoples pets because I knew she would get excited and want to play and I didn’t wanna be disruptive but that worry was quickly gone when we walked in because we were immediately taken to an exam room. It seems to me that they maybe book appointments far enough apart so that they can give each pet more attention and avoid having a waiting room full of pets who may or may not get along. The techs and veterinarian were all so kind and friendly and they listened to my concerns, answered my questions and explained everything to me in detail. Another thing that I found super helpful was that they let you check out, make future appointments and pay all in the exam room so I didn’t have to try and hold my dogs leash while paying and checking out.
A few days later, I got a text and an email with a link to all of the results of the labs they did and I was also able to message the vet with any questions I had about the results. I did have a question and it was answered very quickly. They also have an app that lets you make or cancel appointments, see your dogs info, add pets, etc.
The experience I had here was SO much better than what I’ve had at other vet offices. They have things set up to make the entire experience so much easier and quicker. Their prices are reasonable as well. I just can’t say enough good things about Cashua Vet Care and I will absolutely use them for all of my pets from now on!

Dr. Atwood and Dr. Rummel are excellent, as are all of the vet techs and office staff at Cashua Veterinary Care. They are very communicative and responsive, and have really done wonders for my dog, Murphy. As a first-time dog owner to a senior dog, I really appreciate the way they take the time to answer my questions and to educate me about my dog and her needs. Excellent people!

I would definitely recommend Cashua Veterinary Care. We started with them when our Dachshund Pixie was bit by a snake. The Service was great and the compassion was as well. We lost her later due to other circumstances, but again the Service and compassion for her was incredible.

We now take our Dachshund Piper and our Mini Doodle Stella. Both receive excellent care from the entire staff when we have visits.

Best vet in Florence. Cashua has been my vet for years. I since have retired in upstate and have a vet there. However keep them I. Mind when traveling to visit family in Florence. Had an emergency last visit and they took care of my dog immediately.

I really Love this office,Mrs Kate and Mrs Caroline are great veterinarian's. We have a Marican Rottweiler and a German Rottweiler, and the American is 8 yo, and he wouldn't be here today, if it wasn't for Mrs Caroline. He was on some medicine and he had a bad allergic reaction to the medicine and he broke out in Hives, you could see and feel them under his coat, his respiration were getting labored and Mrs Caroline saved him, she had been his veterinarian for a while and that very morning, she told me she had woke up at 4 that morning and had a sense that something was wrong with Leonardo, and we were there at 7 with him and she checked him out and got him better. Their staff is amazing and the office really cares for your pups, just like their own. I always recommend this veterinarian office.

My cat had an allergic reaction to a vaccine within 1 hr after leaving the visit. I took her back right away. The front desk staff carried her to the back without hesitation. The Vet Tech was very thorough with instructions for taking her home as well as future vaccinations.
