Cathedral has amazing staff and agency staff. They make our residents feel loved and cared for. The staff make our residents feel like part of their own family. The staff have smiling faces and always greet the visitors like they are part of their family.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful (especially Lea)! . Located next to the Geode Grotto and building has a full sized chapel in building for residents. They also do many activities both at nursing home and in community for their residents!

Cathedral is a wonderful place to take you loved ones with caring, kind staff! The residents are like family and it’s a wonderful getting to know each and everyone one of them. The therapy program there is remarkable and outstanding. The therapy girls work wonders on all patients. I would highly recommend Cathedral to anyone and their loved ones!

Cathedral has outstanding employees who are dedicated to providing great care to our residents. Please check out star rating at medicare.gov. Currently a 3-Star. Our last annual survey was great and it was due to Cathedral's employees giving 110% everyday.

This place is a joke! They treat the residents like cattle and only see their families as money bags! Rude workers, and what few good ones they'll have get bullied for being kind by others! Management has nothing but judgmental entitlement! Oh, but the moment any big guns, like state, show up they'll all act like a big happy family who just all love what they do and totally follow the rules (not by a long shot btw). Yeah don't bother with this disgusting place.

My family had a traumatizing experience with this facility. My Dad was admitted here for rehab after a short stay in Memorial Hospital. We were told his blood sugar levels would be controlled, that his blood pressure would be monitored, that his food allergies would be accomodated, and that he would be safe and receive the best care and rehab.

We were lied to. Because of necessary and understandable covid precautions(keep in mind masks were NOT worn by all members of staff), my family were denied access to him, so we were not seeing the harm caused during his entire week and a half stay. They ignored his food allergies. Without consultation with or permission from us, our Dad was given Haldol, an antipsychotic that rendered him unresponsive and tired, unable to benefit from any therapy or rehab.

When we picked him up, we took him to Memorial Hospital where they admitted him the same day. He had lost weight and was not like himself. I would caution anyone before bringing their loved one here.
