I had a phenomenal experience at Cats Corner this past Wednesday! (&I just had to attach a photo of my little man. Lol.)
It was my first time taking any of my animals there. After reading all of the positive reviews and with the clinic being a short 10 minutes from home, I just knew that I wouldn’t regret choosing them as my cat’s veterinarian.
After dealing with an uncomfortable crying cat (which thereby resulted in many sleepless nights) for a couple of weeks, I gave them a call. They were not only able to schedule me that same week, but they had availability on the specific day & time that I wanted. I was very pleasantly surprised at this as I’m used to being made to wait several days / weeks for appointment availability at other practices. The date & time had come (or so I thought…) and I brought my pet in … to which I was told by the receptionist that I mixed up the dates and that I was a day early (that’s what 2 weeks of restless nights will do to someone LOL.) Despite showing up on the wrong day, they were still able to squeeze me in, which was a huge convenience as I am without a car at this time and rely solely on Uber to get around. I don’t think they will ever realize how incredibly grateful I was for their hospitality in accommodating my guy &I!!
In addition to getting seen a day early, there was a very minimal wait time to see the doctor. The entire staff was just beyond friendly & welcoming and took care of us from beginning to end. 🙂 The doctor was super informative & helpful in explaining everything in a clear & concise way. My pal got the works done and is already showing signs of improvement!
Post appointment I received several follow up e-mails & texts asking how the patient was holding up, which included a few informational e-mails detailing what services were provided to us, how to treat my cat going forward and even recommendations for future services.
I honestly couldn’t say enough nice things about Cat’s Corner. I’ve never been so blown away by a businesses professionalism & kindness. I can’t wait to bring my pet(s) back and am looking forward to continuing services with them!!!

I have been taking my cats to Cat's Corner since 2010. We found them after an unpleasant experience with another vet and I'm so glad we did! My two cats have had excellent care. The staff are so knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.

One of my cats is very fearful and anxious when she goes to the vet, but the staff at Cat's Corner are patient and gentle. Their fear-free approach has made going to the vet a less upsetting experience for my cat.

We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize one of our cats. She was 21 years old and although it was the right thing to do, it was a painful decision to make. Everyone we saw and spoke to that day treated us with such kindness and compassion. It made a truly terrible day a little easier to get through.

My surviving cat is 19. At her age, she has some care needs, but she is generally healthy. I attribute my cats' longevity in part to the outstanding care they have received from Dr. Ball and the staff at Cat's Corner. They genuinely care about cats and their families. We never felt like our cats were just a number or a source of revenue. I trust them completely and am certain that my cat is in wonderful hands with them.

My first visit with two cats went smoothly from the minute I pulled into the parking lot- a tech came and helped me carry the cats into the building from my car. During the examinations Dr. Ball was pleasant and thorough. She was not rushed and answered my questions professionally and thoughtfully. From the moment you step into Cat's Corner, you're welcomed with genuine warmth from their friendly staff. It's heartwarming to see how they greet both you and your furry friend with open arms (and paws!). The technicians are incredibly well-trained and meticulous, ensuring that every aspect of your cat's health and well-being is taken care of.
Our experience wasn't without its challenges, as we have a cat who had previously suffered a traumatic experience at another vet. However, the remarkable team at Cat's Corner stepped in with their awesome skills to keep our feline friend calm and content. It was truly a sigh of relief to witness our once anxious kitty transform into a more relaxed and comfortable version of themselves.

This vet has been my main vet since about 2014. Way back when they were in southford. Long long time customer. They used to be good. Dr ball loves putting poison on your animals. If they go outside, throw profender ( please go Google profender and see the horrible things that have happened to peoples pets after applying this medicine including DEATH) and revolution on them and then if they show up as having parasites in your animals in the blood work. They do 0 follow up testing, they do nothing to help explain what to do and how to proceed with further testing, and also fail to tell their customers of the dangers of having your pets spread bacteria and viral particles from pet to human. All they care about are parasites, and they do lots of word salad to you when you try to talk to them respectfully. I used to recommend this vet to EVERYONE IN OXFORD. I NOW Recommend YOU AVOID THIS VET LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY WANTED TO RIP MY CATS TEETH OUT RATHER THAN TEST FOR BARTONELLA, OR EVEN LET ME KNOW IT WAS A THING! From day one of adopting her she had inflamed gums, black boogers, and fleas. She was rescued from a "cat lady" house I told them!!!! NO BACTERIOLOGIC TESTING. ZERO. then they tried to make me sign forms that I wasn't putting enough poison on my animals to try to get them out of their legal responsibility. This is a vet who cares more about their money, their own personal safety, than the safety and health of your pet and your family. I can't stress enough, this used to be my go to vet. I wouldn't even get second opinions. Now , this vet scared me to death. Take your pet to the new clinic in Oxford Green.

I came to Cat's Corner following a bad experience with another vet. I found them to be thorough, professional and extremely supportive of me in dealing with the cat's problems. They also identified a treatment plan and solutions to the problems. I'm very grateful that Cat's Corner is available to me.

After a highly unsatisfactory visit with my previous vet and an intuitive feeling something was not right, I knew my cat Bear needed a new vet. I specifically wanted a vet that specializes in feline veterinary medicine. I had driven by Cat’s Corner plenty of times in the past which led me to look into Dr. Ball and her team. After my visit, all I can say is I wish I had Dr. Ball as Bear’s vet sooner. Bear was handled with the utmost care and treated as if he were their own cat. Dr. Ball and Vet Tech Patricia were impressionably knowledgeable and exceedingly compassionate. Cat’s Corner goes above and beyond to provide a clean and calm environment for the fur babies. The clinic was designed and operates from a cat’s perspective. Details like having a small towel-lined basket for kitty to nest in for security makes a measurable difference in the severity of your cats stress intensity. Dr. Ball and Patricia took their time to thoroughly examine Bear and answer any questions I had. To not feel rushed in and out of the clinic was so refreshing. As someone who is absolutely obsessed with their cat and wants to understand every little thing going on with him, I appreciated the patient education being provided to me without having to ask, both verbally and followed up in writing via email. In addition, as someone who has a chronic illness leaving me immunocompromised, I felt safe as the clinic still enforces strict COVID precautions. This was a breath of fresh air and made me feel like my life mattered as a disabled person. I genuinely could not be more relieved to have found Dr. Ball and her team. Everything about this clinic embodies professionalism and empathy. It was disheartening to see people complain about the cost of care in prior reviews. I encourage those people to look into the costs associated with running a vet clinic, throw in all of the accreditations and continuing education this clinic has. Vet care is expensive everywhere, but in the case of Cat’s Corner you get what you pay for. The standards are high here. Everyone who works there is formally trained and qualified as it relates to their role. I live on a fixed income and personally did not find the cost of Bear’s visit outrageous by any means. I wanted to leave a detailed review because I know how crucial and stressful of a decision choosing a vet for your cat is, especially if that cat is your entire heart like Bear is for me. In conclusion, I highly recommend Cat’s Corner. ♥️
