Easy to schedule. Easy to be seen. Fair prices. I don’t ever feel pressured into spending more money. Friendly staff and our dog is not the easiest to deal with. Also, being able to order medication through their portal is amazing!

Have been a client of this practice since the 1980's with my cats and dogs. The staff over the years have always treated my fur babies with kindness and respect, along with excellent medical care and thorough explanations. My pets have all had great longevity in no small part due to their care. You folks are appreciated more than you can know.

I can’t recommend them enough! They care about their patients and call to check in after a visit. One of the vets refers to my dogs as “Kids” and I love it 🥰 that was when I knew that she understood how much I love them lol

But seriously amazing care, great vet techs, responsive and helpful vets that actually listen to concerns and think it through. They care about the dogs safety and comfort which I’m sooooo thankful for.

I’m so grateful to have such an excellent clinic near by for my babies!

Exceptional service, as always. This visit was for a spaying. My kitty is home and recovering with no problems. This is the 3rd cat we've had spayed here. I love how friendly the staff is. The office is always spotless. Super clean and quiet.

New to the Auburn area we found this Veterinary service for our Maltese. They have been just great, and when we got our Bichon Frise puppy they were there for his first vet visit. Normally dogs seem bit anxious when a Veterinary Visit is made, but not for this place. Friendly, and thorough, explaining everything in simple terms. They are now helping us through our first litter of puppies. A great place for animal care.

Recently, when my 16-year-old cat suddenly became feverish and lethargic, plus had major issues with something going on inside her ears, I went to Cayuga Vet Services late in their day in hope of finding the immediate care my cat needed. They were compassionate and understanding of my distress as well as the cat's needs, and they accepted her for an exam and treatment. At that, I was so relieved at having my cat cared for promptly. The staff and vet on duty (I wish I knew his name, but I can't remember right now) were so kind to me, gentle with the cat, and efficient at diagnosing her situation, then providing good treatment. Thank you ALL!

We love our vet, they're very intelligent and they make sure we are informed. They have an associated subscribe and buy prescription service. It is one of the more expensive vets I have ever had in my life, particularly in this area. But it is nice to not be treated like an idiot.
