The absolute vet team. We live in Roanoke and travel to Leo for Cedar Creek Vet Clinic. Dr Koesters & Dr Fidler and the rest of the staff are all so wonderful, caring and thorough. I won’t trust the care of my pup to anyone else!

Wow we had a great experience! The layout of the clinic is great because only your doggos will be in the lobby before you go in. We brought our two dogs in together. Nurse Jamie and Dr Braun were very professional and thorough! I appreciate the depth explanation into treatment options for arthritis for my Heidigirl!

Cedar Creek has been where my wife and I take all 5 of our cats and have for years. The staff are so kind. I've never once been made to feel like my pets or I were an inconvenience. Cannot recommend Cedar Creek enough.

I've had my German Shepherd, my service animal, for 8 years, trained him since he was 3 months old and devoted my life to him, and I have to say, in all these 8 years, our first visit to Cedar Creek Veterinary Clinic is bar none THE BEST vet experience, ever.

Aerys has been to so many places, flown all over the country, visited police stations, fire stations, old folk's homes, been on all sorts of public transportation, not to mention the usual public destinations of restaurants and supermarkets, and always, he's so incredibly well-behaved, that a lot of the times people don't even notice he's there. And he has never, ever bitten anything or anyone.

His one weakness is the vet. He gets so anxious, that he can't help but vocalise. I can understand him being a German Shepherd, being so vocal can look very intimidating, and I've had deeply unpleasant vet experiences in the past (at different clinics) where I felt so judged by the staff. It was hurtful because of all the time and my whole self that I'd devoted to training him. All he needs at vet visits, I felt, is to be given the chance to be trusted upon, that he means no harm.

I was so relieved, and so grateful, for the level of kindness and patience that Dr. Meagan Grybow and her assistant expressed towards Aerys and myself. In fact Aerys only barked once at each of them and very soon caught the vibe that he was being given the benefit of the doubt, that these people are trusting and trustworthy.

Prior to our arrival, they'd already done an in-depth review of his notes from our previous vet, were completely up-to-date on his past issues (skin allergy and ear infection), and took his anxiety into consideration with great care.

They were openly willing to hear me out on every concern I brought up, and they never once failed to give Aerys all the supportive attention, for behaving so well. They especially praised him when he jumped up on the table of his own accord! He needed his yearly Rabies Titer as well as oral Bordetella (which I administered myself with guidance from Dr. Grybow), and it was all done in as stress-free and caring a manner as possible, with peanut butter to keep him distracted!

All in all, we left feeling relaxed, duly informed, with warm feelings in our hearts. Of course it helped that Aerys came out with a clean bill of health.

I should also note that I greatly appreciate their attention to detail - the white board sign by the door in the room that had his name on it, the immaculate cleanliness of the place, how well-stocked and well-prepared the room was, the fact that they do everything to ensure patients don't have to walk into one another, with separate doorways for each room, and to get checked-out in the room itself without having to wait in the lobby.

Again, this was the most noteworthy vet experience in all my years of animal-companionship. Thank you so much to all the staff for maintaining and striving for such high standards, to keep animals healthy, and they and their owners happy.

Honestly, I've lived all over the US and the vets here have been the best I've ever had. They care immensely and always take time to explain things. I found a lost kitten and they took me in right away to help get the kitten back to health and constantly called and checked in.

Really love doing business here for our baby girl. The staff are kind and very attentive. I love that I can text them at any time. Appreciate the fact that they asked us to wait in our car to keep our dog separated from other animals that may be in the building. But what I love most is that they have two integrative veterinarians there now and understand and agree with our natural methods of health for our puppy.

This was my first visit to Cedar Creek Veterinary, and I was very pleased with the overall care my cat received, pleased with their gentle handling of her, and impressed with the skill and knowledge they demonstrated while examining and vaccinating her.
