Man the doctor was awesome, his father owns the place I recommend going to him, he saved my dog. It's about the pets, not the money we need more vets like him around here. The staff was awesome also thanks again guys for all that u did for Lucky.

Ellen Mcnitt has been our vet since Waylon and Willie were 7 weeks old. She has always been a caring person with our boys. We also like how all the employees are kind to Willie and Waylon. They treat Willie and Waylon special when they trim their toenails and when they have to get their ears cleaned and when they get their teeth cleaned. They play with our dogs when they are doing these things. We appreciate all their hard work.

We brought in our 6 year old Rottweiler and our 8 week old puppy to Dr. Portee and she was amazing! She handled our misbehaving Rottweiler with superb confidence and took extra time to help us with some training tips. She has an amazing heart for teaching and care! We thank you so much Dr. Portee! Staff was amazing with my toddler & I, and gentle with my baby dog Bluebelle. They listened closely and attentively, did not feel rushed at all. Sent back immediately at appointment time (no waiting.) The place was clean! They will be doing hernia correction surgery on my girl and i am confident she is in good hands. Photo for tax 😉

If you go to the Central Hospital for animals,in Herrin and this Ellen NcNitt comes out pick your pet up and walk out. She is rude, and makes you feel like it's your fault that your pet sick she belittles you. She told me that if I have money to do my nails and not take care of my dog. Mind you my nails ate natural and have sickers $5.00 sickers on them that i did 3weeks ago for a churck function. Then my mom asked Foxy (my pom) what's wrong and that vet had the never to say I'm dying. The other vets there are awesome but she brings that place down. My vets is there but I'm sorry I won't go and pay this woman to run me down.
