Dr Chad has always been good to my family! I met Chad through a friend and couldn't be happier with his demeanor during hard times! Dr Chad came by my house after one of my dogs started limping and then became paralyzed in the right leg. He was prompt in scheduling and arrived on time. Although he could not provide the specialized treatment Oliver needed, he provided great recommendations on clinics that could. After my first meeting, I knew that that he was the one to call when my Mom needed to put her dog down 🙁 She also loved his personality and description of how his in person service would happen. Keep in mind, my Mother is difficult to please. 🙂 Thank you for your service and kindness Dr Chad!

Chad came recommended to me by a dear friend who is the Director of Animal Control, as Chad does contract work for them. He handled the euthanasia of my dog in my home in a beautiful service and was so loving and tender with him, even after he had passed. Chad is mobile and very responsive and handles everything from euthanasia to spay and neutering. He is reasonable as he doesn’t have a large overhead and is someone who truly cares about his patients and customers. I have recommended him to all of my friends and everyone who has used him, has called me to thank me after. You will not be disappointed with Chad, he is like having a dear friend who is a highly skilled and caring vet, in your corner.

I have called on Dr. Chad a few times. He is accommodating to your schedule and on time. We have used him for euthanasia at home, some dog to dog puncture wounds (the day before leaving on vacation), and recently a bad reaction to a medication. He has always been professional and takes time to explains what your options are clearly. I cannot say enough about how much I trust him to do what is best for my pets!

Dr. Chad was an angel to me and my family last night. My beloved cat suddenly developed a mouth abscess that turned out to be cancer. The oncology consultant said there was nothing that could be done, she had been suffering a bit off and on and there was no point in treatment and certainly no point to her continued suffering. When she began losing interest in her food on Sunday I knew that Monday would be the day. I figured I would take her back to the oncology place after she had a lovely day walking around the yard, sniffing the flowers and enjoying the sun. But around 4pm she curled up in my arms outside and I knew that I wasn’t going to be taking her anywhere else - no carry case, stressful car ride, strange vet office, bright lights, no more. By then the various at home services close at 5 PM and nobody would see me that evening. I did not want to risk that she would worsen or not have a good night, she was peaceful, she was still just barely eating, it was as good a time as there ever would be - which of course is never. Then I called Chad. He called me right bcak. Said he had a couple of other appts. in ahead of me but could be there in a couple of hours. It was perfect. I could tell by his tone and also the things he said - that he he was going to take care of everything and not to worry at all. I felt like I had a friend coming over to help. When Chad arrived my cat got off my lap and took a stroll, stroking against him as he kneeled down to greet her. She clearly approved of him 🙂 The passing was as peaceful and healing as possible. Chad spent over an hour and an half with us laughing, crying, chatting, and giving us all the time we needed. He gave me the reassurance I desperately needed that I was making the right choice at the right time from a holistic veterinary perspective. Today in the midst of my heartbreak, I am so grateful for his service.

Very satisfied with his services. (Well as satisfied as you can be considering what the service is) Dr. Alves was very gentle and didn't rush us and let us say goodbye on our terms. I would highly recommend him to use for this type of service and the best part is it is done in the privacy of your own home.

Dr Alves helped us send our beloved dog Luna to rainbow bridge. He was patient and compassionate (we had a lot of text messages back and forth as we were not sure if Luna was ready to go) and he showed up promptly when Luna started collapsing to save her from more suffering.
