Our family had an amazing experience with Cherry Point animal hospital. They were able to see my cat same day on the Saturday before Christmas, even though she had never been seen there before. While talking about treatment options, I greatly appreciated how Dr Brown wasn’t pushy but made sure I had all the needed information to make our own decision. We ended up having to leave our cat for surgery and observation over the weekend but we received calls every morning and evening with updates. Even after we picked up our cat someone called to check in on her, which was so appreciated. The staff at Cherry Point went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.

I took my dog there to stay while I was on vacation for 3 days. I had taken my dog there before and had just thought my dogs scared attitude from the last visit was from the fear of other dogs barking. So I trusted them this time too. I have never been so wrong about trusting a vet. We sent a box full of 6 bags of food that my dog would need every day. We also sent treats and raw hide sticks for my dog to chew. Before we left our dog there we asked more details about their care. We asked if they clean the dogs if they have an accident in their cage. They said that they do.

Later when we went to pick our dog up we noticed how much lighter she felt. We began to feel her stomach and realized that it felt way different from how it usually does. It was empty. Completely flat. Not only were all of the bags of food full. But none of her treats had been given to her. On the drive home I noticed that her butt was stained yellow and dried poop was stuck under her tail. As soon as we got home she went straight to her water bowl and drunk 2 bowls of her water and ate a whole bowl of food. This experience is absolutely unbelievable. They said that they have had a lot of animals in at the moment and were very busy when we picked her up. No amount of busy is excusable for not feeding or giving water to a puppy.

We had to have our dog euthanized. Cherry Point was recommended by our neighbors. We were not disappointed. The staff was very attentive and compassionate with our situation. They did not rush. And did not act like we were an inconvenience. I will forever be grateful to them for giving us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. We weren’t expecting the really nice sympathy card signed by the entire staff that we got in the mail. But it was a really nice surprise. Thank you all for your compassion and your treatment of us and our dog.

This vet is the best vet I’ve ever been to. My fur baby has had so many close calls and cherry point has gone above and beyond to care for him. They’re good people and I trust them with my animals. The staff and doctors are fantastic and I appreciate everything they do. I highly recommend!

Cherry Point is an amazing animal hospital!! It’s hard to find a vet that just makes you happy all around. I’ve brought my dog and my cats here and have never had any issues! I actually had a 10 yr old cat that became very sick last year so I took him in, he had renal disease.. they hospitalized him for 2 days and always called to let me know what was going on! Long story short they did everything they could for my sweet Toby and me, he was discharged and felt better for a few days but the renal disease was very aggressive and he took a turn for the worst.. I decided to have him put to sleep so he was not suffering any longer.. the bill was $800 sumthn after it was all said and done but I was willing to pay that for the exceptional care they gave Toby. Even after Toby was laid to rest they sent me a card with their apologies about my sweet Toby! Not one card but 2! Even after a month or so had gone by, I was slowly starting to feel a bit better about losing my baby, they send me the 2nd card in the mail just letting me know they cared and hoped I was doing well and that they “loved my sweet baby Toby”! Every single person in that hospital signed this card, That just made me feel like “hey we’re still thinking about you and we’re sorry for your loss”. Most vets would probably not take the time out to do something like that! It made me feel like they truly cared! Needless to say this will be my vet till the end of time! 💕💕 1st photo was the 1st day I bright him in, 2nd photo was after picking him up a couple days later and he was feeling better, 3&4 photos were the day we had to say goodbye… RIP Toby and thank you all for everything you’ve done for my family! YOU ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
