Cheyenne Mountain Animal Hospital has been so good to us and our family. I don’t think there would be another clinic that cares as much as they do.
Our sweet boy was diagnosed with kidney failure that they caught. He became a part of their routine too. He unfortunately passed away a week and a half ago, but the staff that knew him cried with me when I came in yesterday. They care and they care hard. I am so thankful for that.
Luckily we have other fur babes that they love and that they will continue to love on. But the compassion and care that we have been shown is more than we ever expected.
Thank y’all so much for everything y’all do. The job is not easy but y’all do all that y’all can and it shows. <3

We have depended on this establishment for over 25 years. New ownership is horrible. Mariah the scheduler is horrible. When we really needed service, they had NO AVAILABILITY. We have two healthy labs and they failed us when we needed fast care. No bueno. Don’t take your pets to Cheyenne Mtn Animal Hospital. BTW previous wonderful owners/vets saved my dad’s dog’s life after a snakebite. This place WILL NOT DO ANYTHING WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT…scheduled a month in advance per Mariah.

The vet care here is solid, and prices are fair, plus the staff is great once you’re actually in for an appointment. However, they don’t seem to prioritize helping pet owners save on medications which comes across as a bit profit-focused. On top of that, getting in touch with someone is next to impossible—that lack of communication is the main reason for my 1-star review.

Everyone, the cleanliness, friendliness & the timeliness. They really seem to love & care for the animals that go in there! Even the staff that didn’t wait on me were very nice!

I seriously wish I could leave them a worse review
The day started great they said they could squeeze my cat in.
We took him in and they said they would keep him from 7:30 in the morning to sometime in the afternoon just to check if he had a cyst.
We ended up letting them take him (our fault) and then we realized the stupidity of it all
We called and told them we were coming to get him
Once we got there we were given disgusting looks and when she called to let them know we were back for the cat they were making fun of us over the phone. They took us to a room which is odd because they said THEY NEEDED HIM ALL DAY and brought him to us with new shots and he was checked
So they were going to keep him all god damn day? DO NOT BEING UR ANIMALS HERE. It’s absurd that they’re just keeping ur animals in cages till they decide they don’t want them there anymore. Horrible staff

They refused to give any follow up after I paid hundreds of dollars in exams for my pets. One of the doctors hurt my dog. I called several times for follow up, and only after contacting the BBB for resolution did the manager (immediately) respond by discharging me and the staff still never responded to my complaint. I was calmly asking for help, didn’t raise my voice or anything, but I know they can refuse service for any reason. I think they were trying to cover up their lack of accountability since they’re obviously understaffed and have bad management practices.

I made a last minute appointment for my dog since he had been having stomach problems for a few days. Fortunately he started feeling better that same day. I called to canceled the next day as soon as they opened. A few days later I noticed that my card was charged for their deposit and called to ask about it. I believe it was (Marci?) that answered the phone and she was helpful in getting my refund. I appreciate their costumer service and helpful attitude when I called.
