We have been going to Chino Valley animal hospital for the past 15 years, with 3 different dogs,This is our new puppy after putting our last dog down a couple of months ago, and Doctor K was fantastic working with her, And making sure everything was in good order. Also, Doctor K's assistant was very knowledgeable, and very professional. Overall the entire staff is very professional. Highly recommended.

Do not go here if your looking for help. They will take your money to help your pet you love and care about and return them to you saying they are happy healthy animals, were doing a great job. But the tattooed assistant gives you a hard time and reports neglect that was not happening. Provides incorrect information when they were taken making them miss their shots and one of the puppies died at yavapai humane society. They gave wrong information and caused one of my puppies to die. If this company wants to talk to me and see how they can make this right by being honest with the courts that the animals were being well taken care of and we did show concern for our animals which can be provided as witnesses to court showing there was not intent to harm like the green haired lady said. There are videos before and after the incidents showing beautiful healthy animals.

Our doctor was great! She was very professional and worked well with my shy dog, who has problems trusting new people! My pup loved her and built a friendship with the doctor by the end of the appointment, instead of previous clinics, just removing him from the room to do their work away from myself without building a relationship with myself or my dog. I appreciate the time and compassion the staff used on my pup, they truly treated him like one of their own! I’ve had great experiences with all of the doctors and techs here, between both my dogs!

The front office was very attentive even though they were very busy. We were helped by Bert and she was great. The vet tech was very friendly, informative and wonderful with our puppy. Dr. Holley was kind, informative and patient. The overall experience was great and we are very thankful that our puppy has such a nice veterinarian office to go to. In fact our little guy loved Chino Valley Animal Hospital too!

I've been going here for years. I'm caring for puppies who were confirmed to have parvo by another vet and I asked them if I could purchase the basic anti-nausea and anti-diarrheal medications from them and they refused to help me. They wanted me to bring parvo puppies in to potentially infect other dogs when one of the puppies already tested positive for it. Why would I lie about that? I lost one of the puppies early this morning. His symptoms started so suddenly and he died within hours, but would most likely still be alive if I had the anti-diarrheal medication. These were not my puppies and I didn't have the money to hospitalize all of them but I had the money to purchase what was needed to treat at home and they refused me. I am heartbroken. All they care about is your money and if you don't have any they couldn't care less about your pet. I have referred everyone to this office for years, but now I understand all the negative Facebook posts and reviews that I see. Rest in peace little Apollo.

I have to give praise to Chino Valley Animal Hospital, Dr. K, & Dr Zinko, their techs and their front office ladies ?

This season has been rough for our household and everyone here has gone above and beyond. All of our animals have been acquainted with some sort of issue from a porcupine incident to illnesses we can’t explain. This is where I got to see the heart & core values of Chino Valley Animal hospital.

I am heartbroken at the loss of my baby Bax. His illness was complex and Dr. K has been vested, even posthumously in figuring out what went wrong in such a young cat. Between an appointment here, 2 ER visits everyone was baffled & they continue to research, so they can help the next case. They truly care.
