I have taken my cat to this facility for a few years now. The absolute best thing about this clinic is Nicole. She is so personable and caring. Often when I call, she remembers who I am with very little prompting. And I do not call often. Maybe 2 times a year to schedule appointments or if he is ill. She is the shining star of this office and I cannot speak enough positive things about her. To be clear, the other techs are phenomenal as well!! She has just always stuck out in my experience there. The only reason I am rating 4/5 is because the vet moves very quickly and on several occasions has interrupted me or spoken over me. HOWEVER, I do not think he is rude or disinterested. I work in the medical field (for humans lol) and know that some of the best doctors often know exactly what you are trying to say before you even finish the thought. I feel like this might be the case for this vet because even though he interrupts or talks over me, he is usually spot on with what I was going to say. Sometimes it just feels not so great to be talked over. The vet is also SO good with my cat who has high anxiety. He is gentle and you can see his love for animals in general. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a small clinic with caring staff and a knowledgeable vet.

Absolutely awesome people. I brought a pregnant cat to be spayed into the office and they were straight up and honest without being pushy about getting vaccinated right away or not because they were not able to get her into surgery before the kittens were born. This will now be our new vet. I can't say enough how great they were

My Sister and I had to take our 11 year old Dog, Champ, to be put down. He lost his ability to walk, let alone stand, in a matter of a few days. It was just his time. The staff treated us with respect and were great about relaying information from his initial screening. They let us know every option available to move forward. They could have tried just getting more money out of us for treatment options, but also informed us that if we chose that path, there was no guarantee of a good outcome and that it would cause unnecessary stress and pain for our boy Champ. They let us live on him and be there with him when they put him down. That was very important to us, that he wasn't alone in the end and they helped make that possible. I'm grateful for their high level of care and honesty. They made sure he was comfortable and pain-free before he drifted off peacefully.

Do not ever take your animals here. This is the most unprofessional "Dr." I have ever met. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Then got denied medication because I had "too many questions". Completely overpriced and mistreated. Please do not go here!

Really great, old-school kind of vet who is straight to the point with facts and information. I appreciate his style. Doesn’t over-recommend procedures in my experience. I’ve had several pets treated there through the years.

I made an appointment at Dr Dristas hospital because after my ex having our dog for a year, I finally got him back and he had severely overgrown nails, including his dewclaw actually curving and growing into his paw pad. I could tell this was bothering my dog and wanted to get in somewhere as soon as possible. I called every vet in the city and the only one who could get me in same-week was Dr Drista. I was so nervous from reading the reviews, when it comes to my dogs my anxiety goes crazy. My dog is a pitbull mix who weighs 65 pounds and is reactive, has to wear a muzzle, so that added to my anxiety even more. He’s never bit anyone before but it’s not to say he wouldn’t. I get there and I choose to head inside to check in while my sister is out in the lawn area putting the muzzle on my dog. I get in & there’s already a customer waiting at the desk, seconds later I hear my sister yelling my name from outside and my dog somehow got out of his collar so he’s just roaming around free, trying to follow me inside the building lol. So I run outside. I’m out there trying to get him situated and the vet tech pops her head out and goes “is this zeke?” (Because I haven’t even had the chance to introduce myself yet). I say yes, she says “okay, I’ll go and get you guys a room ready; give me one minute.” I don’t even have to wait out in the lobby where other dogs and people could potentially be?! Awesome! I was so nervous about my dog seeing other animals and she completely eliminated that factor. The doctor comes in the room shortly after and my dog barked the. Entire. Time. Loudly. He didn’t act frustrated but I could tell he wanted us in and out haha. He’s in there for about 2 minutes and leaves. The vet tech comes to the room shortly after & tells me they will do as much of his nails as he will allow them to do. Understandable! She says they’ll use their clinics’ own muzzle and takes him into another room where they will start their work. I immediately start to hear thuds, and in my head I’m thinking my dog is fighting them and giving them the hardest time. I call my sister who’s outside, to distract myself. She tells me to come outside too so I don’t have to hear it. As I go to open the door, the vet tech opens the door! Mine and my sisters phone call was THREE minutes. That was so fast I could’ve sworn she was going to tell me they weren’t able to do it. But they did! She leaves the room for a minute to get my bill all wrote up and I can hear that a few other animals have came in the clinic at this point. She comes back a few minutes later saying “the coast is clear!” Again, completely eliminating the factor of my dog having to see other animals. I didn’t even have to tell her to, she just knew. Both me and Zeke left their clinic so happy. The vet tech is absolutely amazing and you can tell she loves animals. If there hadn’t been a vet tech or if there were a different one, I don’t know if the experience would’ve went that smooth. Actually, I know for a fact the experience wouldn’t have been that smooth. She seriously made the visit what it was. I don’t know how much she makes, but whatever it is, is not enough!! Haha. I’m only rating 4/5 because the doctor really didn’t seem to care about what I had to say, he wanted in and out of the room, but maybe he will be different with a dog that isn’t semi-aggressively vocal lol, so I’m not mad at him for it

I went to this place for a senior wellness plan towards the end of the summer. My dog was turning 13 and I need help managing his healthcare. During check-in, the receptionist argued me down about just euthanizing my animal instead (in front of my daughter). My pet passed away Monday. I wish I had gone somewhere else instead
