Everyone there is truly amazing and compassionate people. My family has been going there for years and we recommend City Creatures to anyone looking for a vet. We currently have a 4 yr old cat, Gus, who is experiencing some serious health issues. The vets have been so helpful and knowledgeable, and I know are doing what they can to save our Gus' life. We appreciate them so much!

There have been some communication issues within the office that led to less than ideal experiences with my cats but after my original review the office manager reached out and discussed how she was going to fix those issues to prevent any delays in care in the future. Overall the staff have been nice and helpful and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Dr. Sood has been great with my very feisty cat who has been having numerous health issues over the past month.

They are amazing to both our German Shepherd and our cat. My dog actually looks forward to going there! Anytime we have needed anything, they have been very accommodating and show a genuine care over our pets wellbeing. I would never trust anyone else again. We switched to City Creatures 9 years ago and have never looked back! Every surgery, UTI, xrays, annual checkup...etc has been truly better because of their treatments, their care, and fair pricing.

Just giving an update and keeping all the stars like before. Our dear furry family member has passed away. City Creatures has been a blessing to us and to her from the moment we brought Lakota in, until the moment they had to lay her to rest. We had 11 beautiful years with her. Thank you City Creatures for helping us with her EPI all these years, for treating her so well, and for being of comfort while we struggled to say goodbye.

Decided to bring our cat here for a second opinion after having a bad experience with Brighton Eggert Animal Hospital. He needed major dental surgery and we were looking for someone to listen to and address our concerns without treating us like we were being cheap.
(The vet at Eggert had next to no bedside manner, we would ask a question about the procedure and they would respond by just handing us a payment plan, and honestly each time we went there our quoted cost would double or triple. They took him off a needed med to force the appointment (imo). City Creatures said they didn't know why he would have been taken off it and prescribed again while we waited for his appointment and we are very thankful).

Everyone from front desk, to vet techs, and the doctors at City Creatures were an absolute pleasure to work with! Everyone listened to our questions, answered them with honest sincerity and seemed to genuinely care about our pet's care!! I could not be more pleased!

It was a scary experience, we love our little guy and of course trust vets to know more in-depth medical stuff than we do, but they actually cared about that fact that we know him personally, if that makes sense. He has since had his dental surgery and seems to be healing and getting along nicely!

It was nice to be able to actually trust the folks at City Creatures to handle such a procedure! (Dr. Ernst and Dr. Pera were fantastic)!

Always are upfront about options and pricing. Truly care about animals’ wellbeing and owner concerns. Proactive- starts beneficial treatment before waiting for results. Quick to get appointments especially in an emergency. Patient and kind. Excellent payment plans available. Thankful to have found this vet for all my babies <3

I recently came here with my turtle Rexie, right from the start there was a calm aura and both receptionists are super nice. The assistant and vet were both super nice and patient. The vet was super gentle with rexie, and rexie actually let her hold her head. I was so shocked. But of course, once she realized what happened, she didn't let her do it again, lol. They also helped me stay in my budget, which was perfect. But rexie did perfect, and so did they. 100% will be coming back in the future. Wonderful people who work there.

I have six cats. The doctors at City Creatures have saved the lives of four of them. Brought two back from anorexia lasting a week. Handled three critical injuries.

They listen very well, and as my cats' printed files tell me, they take note of everything I say. They explain things well and don't try to pretend they have answers where they don't. But they make really good educated guesses when they have to, and they use all the resources available to them to offer the proper course of action.

I'm pretty sure I have dealt with every doctor in the place and I don't have anything negative to say about any of them. Additionally, I feel comfortable leaving my cats with their entire staff. I know for sure that when my sweeties go in there that they will be treated with kindness and affection even if I can't be by their sides. Not once have I picked up a cat who was rattled from the experience. They are always calm and typically feeling a lot better when I pick them up.

I have been through veterinarians like a revolving door over my lifetime, and have dropped so many it would make your head spin. These guys really earned my trust and respect.

Regarding cost, in my experience all medical care gets pretty pricey, especially in a multi-cat household or when they get really sick or injured. But the doctors always give me options and solid advice. They never try to push anything down my throat or try to force me into spending money on something that isn't really needed. They tell me the options, the pros and cons of different courses of treatment, and let me decide what I want to do. They are very human and understand that sometimes you're just strapped for cash and can't do Plan A. Regardless, they do good work here. Paying a vet and having your beloved creature get sicker or die leads to a ton of resentment. I have been through that elsewhere, lots of times.

These guys are really busy and popular due to the care they provide. Because of this, it may be hard to get one of their emergency sick visits that are held open for the same day. The receptionist will most likely ask if they can put you on hold or if it's an emergency when you call. They did recently expand and they have a lot of people on staff, but I don't see them ever not being busy. I feel sorry for the receptionists when I listen to them triaging phone calls every 30 seconds. Somehow, they still manage to take good notes, so kudos to them!

To wrap it up, I trust them with the most important people in my life. Would recommend to anyone.

Staff very nice. Staff came out to met my wife since it was hard for her to walk and Titan is hyper at times. It took 20 + minutes for scheduled appointment and a few more for what they suggested. Titan looks forward to his visit.
