Have always had a great experience here. Katie is amazing with grooming my two giant dogs. Dr Jones has always shown great care and understanding with my shy giant dog. I can’t say enough about how gentle and kind all of the vet techs have been with my animals. Pricing is average and is always up front. I have never felt that “extra” services suggested were not optional and the entire team has guided me in the same way they would for their own furry family members. I cannot recommend high enough.

City Way Irvington is a welcoming and wonderful place to take your fur babies! My cat was diagnosed with a super rare autoimmune skin disease this year, and the staff here have been fantastic working with me to get him in for follow-ups! Cassie is always friendly and empathetic when I see her. Dr. Parker is very knowledgeable and understanding. Thank you for all you do!

Can’t say enough good things about our experiences here so far. We took in our 7 week old kitten tony and then our 2 other 10 week old kittens solo & smudge and the vet and vet techs have all been so caring, attentive to detail & helpful with any questions. I will definitely continue all my pets care here. They even were so great with my 18 month old son. (We don’t have a “babysitter” so he comes along) and gave him a cute sticker. We had recently had some very bad experiences at another vet & ER vet so this was so refreshing to receive great care like this! Thank you all so much!

Took my cat Maverick aka (Bunzo, or money man) to get groomed today due his dreading. City way Irvington has some of the best asst. and they always take care of my animals. I have a few animals that I bring here & also my doggos had a litter of pups a while back and with 14 pups I brought in they handled it amazingly! They have always been patient with me and it truly is a great vet to bring your animals to!

Our office therapy dog goes here for grooming and LOVES Katie!! She does such an amazing job and is truly part of Mac's pack!! I love the staff there so much I started taking my personal pets to the clinic. Always a wonderful experience!

My experience has been wonderful! 5 visits this year as new patience. When we walk in my dog does a little skip and hop he is so happy. The staff always makes a big deal and compliments him it makes me feel so good. I appreciate the thorough exams, detailed and understandable explanations, take the time to listen, quoted price upfront, and feel welcomed.

Super clean environment. Amazing staff! They got my baby in that day and treated her like she was their little fur baby. The prices were at least half of what they were at the vet clinic I USED to take her to for the same issue!!! They did everything with me there and comforted her in such away she never made a noise or struggled to get away. I will definitely NEVER go anywhere else. Excellent in everyway. Thanks to them for making my kitty and myself feel at ease.

Simply wow, fantastic back to back experiences. The practice was highly recommended and it exceeded those expectations.

Some background: we’ve had the same vet for decades. Fortunately, for him, and unfortunately, for us, he sold his practice and set sail on a well-deserved retirement. We hung onto the vision of the new owners for as long as we could, however, considering they are temporarily closed and absent a vet, we had to take care elsewhere and we are so glad we moved it to City Way - Irvington.

From the easy online scheduling (for Dr Anna Jones), to the welcome at the door, communicating with Lisa to meeting Cassie the super vet tech and finally Dr Jones… The whole experience was fantastic, and that was just yesterday. I’ll explain:

Seven months ago we were going to “temporarily foster a kitten”… And I think we all know how that goes. She just turned one last week and she’s been a fantastic cat rescued from the mean street of Indianapolis. Suddenly, she has decided she wanted to do some bedwetting. Biologic or behavioral?… the jury is out. Those results will be determined, but Dr. Jones and Cassie provided the upmost care for her with strategic solutions moving forward.

That leads me to my past vets office closure. We also have a 6 pound wonder Maltese named Jazz who has had a lifelong liver issue. Hills L/D food has been a life changer and she’s been on it for years however it does require a prescription. Issues with ordering from our past vets online store started over the weekend. I found out yesterday that it’s a likelihood that we were not going to get the food that was yesterday!)

After Doc and Cassie took care of Tabitha yesterday afternoon they listened to my concerns about Jazz and we were able to get her in first thing this morning. After a thorough exam, Doc took care of the new prescriptions, and Cassie walked me through next steps. I’ve already received updates from Covetrus and the food has been ordered.

Well…. Let’s say the bar was set pretty low based on the challenges we’ve had over the last year and a half with the past clinic… I really forgot what it was like to work with an efficiently running practice. That said, the entire experience with City Way massively exceeded expectations. Stellar care in a timely manner that was very appreciated.

Our two fur babies appreciate the love and care provided, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with our new favorite vet and staff!

Oh! And if you made it this far… I was shocked at the fair market pricing. Based on my experiences over the last couple of years, I felt like my old country veterinarian pricing had been taken over by a practice only looking for profits because of the super high prices. City Way was a fantastic value in my opinion for the superb service. Fair and reasonable.
