My dog's ear was bothering her but her regular vet wasn't able to get her in for a week. We called CityVet and they were able to get us in same day and made our anxious dog feel at ease. We didn't have to wait for her timely check-up and treatment. We are considering switching her regular care to this office following this positive experience.

I cannot tell you how much I love this clinic. Someone may feel because it is a National veterinarian clinic that personal service would be remiss. It is the absolute opposite experience.
Everyone there is so professional. The receptionists are so sweet and always cheery. The technicians and groomers always handle your pets with such care.
And the doctors are above all, the best. I have never felt like they are rushing through my appointment so they can just move on to the next patient.
They ensure you understand everything and never leave feeling that you didn’t have all the information you needed to make a decision.
But what set them above any clinic I’ve ever been to was their “extra care” room. Unfortunately, we had to bring in one of our older pets and have some difficult conversations about next steps. There were a lot of tears and their special “care room” provided our family and the animal a more intimate room so that these discussions could be had privately and in a warm environment with the doctor. I thought that was a touch of class that I’d never seen and it really made me feel loved during a very difficult time.

The facilities were great when they first opened. Clean and the supplies were great! I came in with my cat and had a wonderful doctor on first visit. My second visit, not so great. I got a new doctor I didn’t like. She would say she would follow up and didn’t. She would say she ordered a prescription and hadn’t. I was constantly following up. Then she called me and counseled me to take my cat off allergy medicine and when I said it was meant to help his asthma she said, “Oh I forgot he has asthma.” Who calls a patient without knowing the full chart?

At one point, I asked to have a different doctor. I was assured I could. But the same doctor still called me. She missed doing x-rays on my cat that would have shown he had massive fluid in his lungs probably due to cancer. This was found by another vet. My cat did die. What if City Vet had caught it? Could he still be alive?

I had to bring my dog in at the very last minute on a Friday night for X-rays due to bone cancer and possible injury. Dr. Drake and Jessie were amazing, kind and gentle with both my baby and myself. They set me up with information about the final steps. They made this process so much easier with their care and explanation of everything. They take care of not only our sweet babies, but they also take care of us parents. Highly recommend!

We visited this vet clinic this evening and the front desk at the time named Lisa, was such a sweet lady. We would come back to this clinic especially because of her! She gave our dog Mac (a Rottweiler) so many pets and love and had a wonderful conversation with us. Highly recommend this place because of Lisa!

My husband and I have been taking our two senior Pomeranians to Dr. Reilly for years. She is incredibly knowledgeable, hands on, genuine, and overall amazing. She truly cares for her patients and has helped our poms continue great quality of life as they age.
The CityVet staff are all so kind and friendly. They are upfront with pricing and are very organized. They have an online pharmacy that price matches with Chewy which is a great option for specialty food and other Rx drugs. Also a great location and very easy to park!

Last year we came across CityVet. We had been looking for a vet for our dogs for some time and took them in for vaccines in the Spring. In May 2023 we discovered a red bump on our 11 year old Labs shoulder. After getting a cytology we received news that it was a mast cell tumor. We decided to try the surgery and get it removed. Dr. Shepler sat with us on and off for hours prior to us making this decision. She got him in for surgery the next day. When she found out it was the highest grade tumor he was given 5-6 months to live. She walked us through his options and supported our decision to go with palliative care and enjoy every last moment we had with him. We are now almost exactly one year from his diagnosis and he would not be here if it were not for the constant communication and care Dr. Shepler and Dr. Reilly have provided to him. They have taken the time to plan out next steps, love on Norman (the fur baby) and provide our family support. If you want to feel like your pet is not just a number but a valued part of not only your family but their clinic please take the time to meet their team. It was the best decision our family has ever made.

I walked into city vet today with my two dogs. Everyone there was extremely courteous and took care of my issues with the utmost care. I will be using City Vet as my regular vet from now on. The best service I’ve had with a vet.
