Dr. Bycroft and team has been taking care of Lily (dog) for some time now. Here at Sterling Grove, they were the usual most welcoming, kind and supportive. The veterinary staff and care received was exceptional; always looking out for the best interest of the pet. A tremendous thank you for continuing to take care of Lily!

We had a great experience at this office! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and I never felt rushed during my exam. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly without pushing any unnecessary tests. We will definitely be returning for future visits!

Nice location, clean and friendly office. I took 2 dogs for exams and was told “Blood work is $300 for both dogs.” I did work up on 1 dog. When she gave me the bill for $320, I thought she forgot to remove one dog from the quote. She said, “No, it’s $320 EACH” Everyone in the room heard her say $300 for BOTH. I paid it, but definitely won’t go back.

Staff is very friendly! The clinic was also super clean and they explained upfront that full payment is due at end of visit and they also gave a full treatment plan with prices for me to choose what I wanted done to my pup beforehand.

The staff at Sterling Grove CityVet were amazing! The doctor was so kind and listened to all my concerns. We have an anxious puppy, and he was immediately at ease here. Im so glad we have CityVet so close to home.

By far the best primary care for your pets. Knowledgeable, compassionate, experienced staff; beautiful new facility that aims to keep many services in house. Highly recommend checking them out to see how high the bar can go for pet care!
