Recently changed vets, as my prior clinic was very toxic. City Vet has been seeing my ball python, Mr. Crowley, for some time. We took our poodle, Hazel, in for an appointment and everyone was so nice, from the client service representatives, our technician and the doctor. We received useful information, an estimate for services explained by the technician, and a good explanation of the diagnosis as well as medications prescribed. As a past vet tech, I really like this place, and I'm really picky! Thanks everyone! I appreciate you.

I've been thinking about this post for a long time. It's very difficult for me.

We had previously taken our hound (Cassie-Grace) to another facility, but luck would have it, that former facility would have no appointments. Cityvet saw us. I'm so glad they did. It wasn't until we came here that we realized my dog had been living with an aggressive type of cancer. By that point, it was too late, and all we could do was offer quality of life care. Of course it feels unfair that it wasn't caught sooner by the other facility. But glad we ended up with these folks. They knew how to properly care for my little sweetheart during her last couple of months alive. This facility was so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating while she was in their care. They took such good care of her and did everything to make her feel so special and loved at every visit. In February we finally put her down. This was one of the most difficult experiences ever, but it was beautiful how the Staff helped us prepare prior, during, and offering support letters afterwards. I want to thank each and every one of you for being such a great care team for my sweetheart. You're all amazing people and your kindness mattered. I know she smiles down at all of you for your kindness and great care.

I’ve been to this vet a couple of times, and every time I do I always wish I had found them sooner. The customer service just blows me away with how just amazing and compassionate everyone is. Whisper is the SWEETEST woman to ever have lived and honestly she makes the experience 10000% better. I can always get in same day, and they are super flexible with my schedule. I feel their pricing is fair, and they have taken wonderful care of my babies. I really recommend coming here.

Took Mr. Murphy Jr. to his first puppy visit today at City Vet. I have to say I was very pleased with the entire process from check in, to the exam and check out. We were seen on time. Dr. Maker spent ample time we me answering all my questions and providing guidance. The entire staff was amazing. I have used them in the past for grooming needs for another pet and that was A+ as well. Thank You City Vet
