I have been coming here for years now and it's absolutely the best vet I have been to. Dr. Rose is so sweet and you can really tell she cares about the pets she treats like they are her own. The staff are all very sweet and helpful. Not to mention how amazing the prices are. I could not recommend this vet enough!

Our greyhound's time at Claremont Ranch was wonderful. Dr. Rose is very attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions. We never felt rushed and always trusted our greyhound was in great hands there. We left the state and hope to find a vet just as great. Would definitely recommend to those in the area!

My fur babies love this place. I have tried to go to every clinic in Colorado Springs, They are either over priced or have bad practice. But not this place. Yes, Claremont is a little booked out. but for the quality of their service, the knowledge of Doctor Rose, and the kindness of her staff out weighs any clinic I have been too, Also outweighs a little bit of a wait. Everyone is booked out right now anyway. Why not wait to go to the best. They only have one Doctor who has done everything for my pet. If you like high quality care and a personal relationship with your vet go here. Thank you Claremont for everything you have done for my pets. <3

I love this office so much, I would recommend them a million times over. I’ve been taking my cats here since they opened, and am always impressed with how quick and efficient they are. Not only that, but it’s nice to feel a place really cares about your pets and that’s how it is here. 10/10 to Dr Rose and her staff.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. I absolutely love Dr. Rose and her amazing staff. I brought my kitten in for his neuter and asked if there were any cancelations that day to see my frenchie for an eye issue. Mid day they called to say there was! And they gave me a slot that worked out perfect so I could pick my kitten up at the same time to save me a trip. Dr. Rose is quick, efficient, and an expert in her field. I live in Falcon where there are plenty of vets but I make the drive to see her because she’s the only one I trust with my zoo of animals.

If you don’t like the late policy that’s unfortunate. As a health care provider I get that making the exception for one late person is a slippery slope to repeat offenders setting the whole day behind for other clients and the staff. I make sure to arrive 5-10 mins before my actual appointment time and have never had an issue. Be respectful and you will get your pet taken care of 10 fold.

Let me preface this my saying we absolutely love Dr. Rose. I have brought my dog and cat here for as long as Claremont Ranch has been open. My issue lies with the front desk, the office manager, and their supposed “policies.”

I just had a baby a couple months ago and have a few health problems that require me to have my husband assist me with wrangling our very high energy Aussie for any vet appointments. Due to my husband working until 10pm every night, it’s not possible for us to get in for a visit midweek; we can only do Saturdays. I called and explained this to the front desk staff, requesting whenever their next availability on a weekend was, for my dog to get his vaccines and a nail trim (he desperately needs a nail trim more than vaccines right now). The front desk claimed they can’t guarantee a nail trim on the weekend because they’re “short staffed.” After reiterating that there was no possible way for me to get in midweek, I asked if she could speak to Dr. Rose about making an exception for extenuating circumstances. I even offered to forego the vaccines for now if we could prioritize getting him in for a nail trim, if it absolutely had to be one or the other. She placed me on hold, only to come back and say she spoke with the “office manager” (not the owner, ie, Dr. Rose) and per their supposed policy, they can’t do nail trims on weekends, period. This is an absurd policy and to claim you’re short staffed on weekends, while having the manpower for full-blown well-visits, makes no sense. If you have the staffing to restrain a dog for vaccines, you have the staffing to restrain for a nail trim. I understand not booking a bunch of tech appointments alongside well-visits because of being short staffed, but there’s no reason a nail trim shouldn’t be able to be done in conjunction with a vaccination appointment.

I’m going to assume Dr. Rose didn’t know anything about this situation, because in all the years we’ve been taking our pets here, we’ve never had any issues like this. Unfortunately, despite Dr. Rose being one of the best vets we’ve had, we need to look for a new office because we were essentially refused an appointment on a weekend. Extremely frustrating.

Dr Rose and her staff are sent from heaven. Dr Rose has seen all of my animals for years. She is such a caring, knowledgeable Doctor. The entire team at Claremont Ranch Animal Hospital are wonderful and caring. I would recommend to everyone who loves their animals.
