If I could give negative stars I would! my mother had her Yorkie boarded at this facility for 3 full days, as she was going out of town. I went to go pick up my mother’s dog on the day of her return, and received her dog back with a wet substance on her. Once I put her in the car, I noticed she had feces on her leg which was the wet substance I initially felt. Now it’s starting to smell after the dog tries to get it off of her hair which is stuck to her leg And now on my jacket, sweater, car and on her back . I immediately brought her back into the facility asking in a polite manner if the gentleman could wash her giving the circumstances, he proceeds to tell me that it’ll be an extra charge for washing the dog. So I politely asked again, you’re going to charge me to wash feces off my dog that was in your care and you gave her back to me with feces on her?! He begins to argue with me and tries to snatch the little dog by her two legs out my arms. Once I saw how angry he was I declined him washing the dog or even wiping it down because what I just witnessed was animal abuse with that type of aggressive behavior with a small Yorkie dog! I brought my mom’s dog home with feces on her, myself and my car. Customer service was terrible because not once was this man willing to give me any funds back or comp a washing for the dog I already paid for to board there. I wouldn't recommend anyone boarding their dogs here and the man that helps run the place is obnoxiously rude for no reason! I did report this company to the Ga animal inspector as well. I hope they get shut down because what I had to deal with was awful and a major inconvenience and waste of money. Mind you I have to be at work and I’m cleaning dog feces off of everything including the dog!

Whoever the receptionist is here, she is rude! I can definitely tell over the phone that she was not going to be helpful and I asked her what the process is and what needs to happen and what time I need to drop off the my dog, not specifying anything and saying I’m ridiculous for asking questions. First time going to a groomers and this is what I get. Wouldn’t want to be a customer here anyways!

Had a great experience with John. He coached me up on some grooming tips, some that other places wouldn't even say anything about which I really appreciated. He took his time even with a client walking in. And my doggo came home cleaner than she's ever been.

Do NOT bring your pet here. I am extremely disheartened by the condition my 13-year-old cocker spaniel was in once he was picked up. Prior to dropping him off mid January, it was explained that he would possibly be staying for a long time during our moving process, which the couple agreed would be fine. Between the time of his stay, we would call to check on him, ask for photos (which we hardly received), and we would be told that he was fine, making friends. Rusty is not a very social dog at his age and can already be a bit nervous so that brought on some suspicion. The payments began to get more frequent and started to raise. Due to our situation, we had no choice but to continue the stay. Now…We went to pick Rusty up in the beginning of May. When he was dropped off in January, he was a bit overweight and when we went to pick him up in May he was EXTREMELY underweight. I mean bones were visible just as he stood and he could hardly hold himself up as he only has 3 legs. When asked what they were feeding him, the older lady simply said “healthy things, yogurt, rice, stuff like that”. It was never informed to us that they did not feed the dogs actual dog food or if they fed them at all honestly. My dog is now extremely anxious, sick with a disease, infected ears, and he had ticks on him. They also decided to groom him on the day we requested to pick him up so we had to wait an extra day, just for his cut to be choppy and they nicked him a few times. They do NOT properly care for the pets that are in their center. I will NEVER bring my dog back nor recommend anyone to ever bring their dogs here unless it is the last choice and for a very very very few short days. I do hate to write such a horrible review for this older couple but this is extremely unacceptable and the awards on the walls are just for show because they are not handling the dogs the same as they once did.

Did not inform me until I picked up my dog that they only take cash. Fortunately I had enough cash on me to pay. The lady began lecturing me about how I should make homemade food for my dog. This was NOT her place. The cut was fine but the rest was not.

SMDH! I’ve read quite a few reviews. I agree the gentleman is rude! The work from the old man is very inconsistent, you never know what type of service you’ll get when he’s there. I’ve had to ask him to go make my daughters dog right. He cuts choppy and very uneven. He cut our dog and his reason was he said the dog jumped….yeah right! I wish I could post a picture!
